Calls now go through the call center, not the local store. Even though we have had pizza delivered to our address for over 5 years, the call center said they do not deliver to us. When I mentioned this, they offered to transfer me to the store. I was immediately told at the local store that the store manager won’t let them take phone orders and that I would have to call the call center.
