I have a pizza which measures 11 1/2 inches across. It has a crust showing one and three-quarter inches all the way around.
When you do the math 50% of the pizza is crust. The pizza is closer to breadsticks than it is to pizza.

Papa Johns sent my order to doordash after I left a $10 tip on the order. When I called the store and spoke to the manager and asked that it not be delivered by doordash, or the order be canceled, he told me my complaint wasn't valid, and he could cancel the order but not give me a refund.

Please change your hours of operation on Google. This is incredibly misleading. I was allowed to place an order 11:49pm and even received an email confirmation from the store. 3 minutes after I received the email confirmation, I received another email claiming that the order was canceled and that I’m SOL on the authorization hold from the order they allowed me to place. The email sent did not provide any reasoning as to why the order was cancelled. Google says this store is open until 1am. Papa John’s website says the store closes at midnight, but they still allowed me to place the order only for it to be cancelled 3 minutes later. This is incredibly unprofessional behavior. They should have called me and informed me that the order was cancelled, but I received no such call. I am very upset.

Came in ordered a med pizza cheese sticks an bread sticks tried to pay they can't take $100. Went got change came back reordered the food paid was told it'd be 20-25min. I left came back 27min later they don't have any record of the order I jus placed an paid for. Now I have to wait an additional 20 min for them to make the order. Ppl really need to get there shit together!!! Thankfully the young man that corrected knew what the hell he was doin!!! Prolly won't be back though.

I called from website 1 hour before i needed to pick up, they messed up the order and upsold to expensive breadsticks I didn't even know they had when I ordered simple breadsticks (only kind my kid eats). The store made me pay AGAIN for the normal breadsticks and then made me wait 20 minutes to get them. They said they couldn't move me ahead in the que . If the website doesn't follow the store policy they need to stop using the website.
