I had an order contained a pep pizza. They sent cheese. I didn’t call, just chalked it up.Next order they completely forgot the entire pep pizza and gave me two Hawaiian. Order total was over 50$. I called. He offered 10$ credit for next time. I said I spent over 50$ and the time and ride there. He called GM and they offered 12$. I was like ok. So app won’t let me change phone number. So the guy took my. New number and put the credit with my new number as an identifier. I order tonight. Walk in to pay and get my 12$ credit and the very large angry woman at the front ( no name tag) instantly got huffy puffy and very loud. I was at the counter for several minutes while she called the GM. After the first call she decided she didn’t know what she was doing and called the GM a second time. I sat in a chair provided that’s abt five feet from the register. She continued to scream at me and I said I’m not sure y u r so angry and ur yelling at me. I asked to explain why the phone number didn’t match my app account. She shut her rude mouth long enough for me to explain although u could tell with her eye rolling and continued huffing and puffing she wasn’t really listening. I got my discount and pizza after being berated, screamed at, talked over, talked down to. She didn’t seem to care too much abt me offering a google review for her service. Hey Pizza Hut, how bout not having ppl with zero customer service work ur customer service positions. She should prob be back in the back making food. I’d say though with her display of poor work ethic maybe she outta tap out.

If u order half and half thru the app they throw all the toppings on the whole thing then when u say it’s wrong they pull up the receipt and call u a liar when u got the screenshot of it being half and half. Never again.
