Went for a nice treat after a long run, verry disappointed in my experience, and the service had ruined my whole day. I wanted a simple strawberry smoothie, and had to wait in line for 15 minutes. Then I had to wait another 10 just for my smoothie to come out. My smoothie was very runny and practically melted. It also smelled like rotten milk and old water that had sat out for 2 days in the sun. Not only was it clearly bad, but my strawberry smoothie that was supposed to be a pretty pink color was instead a brownish pink and had chunks of frozen and unfrozen strawberry that were mushy and gross. The staff treated me terrible and as if I was a waste of there time. They made me feel like it was a hassle to do there own job. I won't be going back ever again.

I fell in love with this place the staff were so hilarious and full of excitement I tipped them a large tip and enjoyed my smoothie now heading back to New York

Sooo happy to have Sara working there now!! I used to come a lot when Naomi used to work there and stopped bc they weren’t making them right. Stopped in today and Sara made me the best smoothie! Definitely ask for her if you go!

The door hours say 10 pm but they stopped selling smoothies at 930 pm that was my only reason to go very dissatisfied

Ordered a medium smoothie. She basically made enough for a small one, and when she saw it wasn't enough to fill the cup, just blended/added straight ice to finish it off. So turned out to be a $7.50 watered-down and bland smoothie with chunks of unground ice. Maybe just a fluke or a new worker. Place was nice and clean, and they were friendly.
