I stopped by the Qdoba in Murray tonight and just wanted to give a huge shout-out to the staff. There was a long line (around 15 people ahead of me) and several online orders being worked on at the same time, and it appeared there were only two employees up front (maybe a third in the back). They were clearly swamped and barely had a moment to catch their breath, but despite that, they stayed positive, friendly, and professional the entire time.
Yes, there was a bit of a wait, but honestly it was completely understandable given how short-staffed they were. What really stood out was their attitude. They kept smiling, stayed calm, and made sure my order (and everyone else’s) was done correctly. You could tell they genuinely cared, even under a lot of pressure.
Working food service with only two people while juggling a packed line and online orders is no easy task, and they handled it incredibly well. Major respect to the Murray Qdoba team for delivering amazing service under incredible stress and doing so with a positive attitude! Way to go! (Also the food was amazing!)

I am extremely unsatisfied and upset with the service that I received from this restaurant. I was rudely rushed into ordering my food and two ladies spoke to me as if I were a child. The lid wasn’t all the way on my food, causing it to spill in the bag. After finally sitting in my car to try and enjoy what I could out of this experience, I discovered they did even put silverware in my bag!! This is easily the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had and I will not be going back!!!

The two ladies at the front were extremely rude and had terrible customer service, they acted like my friend and I were stupid and treated us with no respect. Then when i got back to the car the lid was not fully on my food. We said no drinks and they gave us drinks anyways and we had to pay for it. One asked us if it was our “first time” being there and made fun of us. One was being rude to my friend when we first got there asking if we want food and making eating gestures in our faces like we’re dumb. Those two ladies should be fired. Food really wasn’t even that good.

We were waiting in line and I looked over into the back where I saw the chicken grilling. The employee was sitting there, wearing gloves, still clearly on duty and I watched her shove something in her mouth. She started looking around like she didn't want anyone to know she ate it. We left.

Do not understand ordering in advance for the whole line in store to get their food first. Waited ten minutes after pick up time. Or why they would fill a bag so full they say to hold the bottom so it doesn’t rip instead of using two bags.
