If I were able to do no starts I would, this place is trash when it comes to picking up or ordering employees will be sitting in the back talking for 5-10 min walk to the front and say “give us a minute we’re working on it” when they haven’t done a damn thing I hate this store and wish it would close

I ordered an apple pie and was not told it would be a 7 wait until after being at the window for over 3 minutes. They offered to replace it but then wanted to upcharge for the difference. The manager scott was not very pleasant to speak too.

Honestly, one of my favorite places to go eat. The food there is always fresh and warm and I love their fries. They are seasoned but not salty. The wait time is good as well, you don't have to wait to long to get your food

They charged me for a BIG MEAL instead of ASKING IF I WANTED IT!! They got very RUDE when I told them I wanted the regular meal!! So I asked for a refund cause I don't like ppl ROLLING THEIR EYES AT ME when they charged me wrongly!!

Horrible experience I ordered on DoorDash and my driver was fast but my food arrived cold I called the manager was rude. When I went the next day to get my remake and asked to see the fryer oil they refused and gave me a refund instead of my remake order the staff and management here is horrible and rude.

The most horrible food and service I have ever gotten from anywhere absolutely disgusting, fries were cold and extremely old burger ice cold with toppings just thrown on and the tomatoes was the tiny end piece smaller than the one pickle on the sandwich, if this is how this restaurant is ran stay away couldn't even eat the food and took forever could of definitely made fresh food instead of serving food that should have been thrown out

We had a door dasher dip on our order and Darrius remade the whole order, had a very outstanding overall attitude, helpful, and his workers were on point. I really appreciate everything and Rallys should give Darrius a raise. Here in Murray kentucky
