I have really enjoyed all of the food , the friendly staff and their guidance in selecting and explaining the build your own salad process! Love the fresh ingredients and probably the best balsamic salad dressing I have ever eaten! So glad you are open! Favorites so far: Mediterranean salad, southwest chipotle salad, chicken panini and berry smoothie! This is the Midland Commons Columbus, Ga store!

Ordered an Asian Crispy Chicken salad from the Bensalem location. Specified NO edamame. They gave me extra edamame - AGAIN!! I really wish staff would pay attention to orders placed. I am allergic to edamame!

The Providence, RI location is terrible. The staff are comically rude and unfriendly. They refuse to acknowledge or serve you and then when they do they act like you’re a burden.

Saladworks has really gone downhill in quality and service. We purchased 3 salads from the collingswood, nj location on Tuesday. All 3 salads had brown lettuce, 2 of the salads were supposed to have chicken and both had hardly any chicken, and my dressing had clumps of other food mixed in. Every time we come to this location the quality is disgusting and so are the employees. I’m not even sure how this location is still open. Saladworks you need to stop cutting corners and do better.

My food was gross . The avacado on my toast was brown ! Couldn’t even eat it . This is the third time Iv came here and been disappointed I will not be back .
Very clean and bright enviorment. The workers were all very friendly and the food and smoothies were amazing. I recommend the Berry smoothie and the StrawBrie open-faced sandwich. It's a bit expensive and the proportions are small but the taste makes up for it
