Went there tonight to celebrate our anniversary. Ordered shrimp and salmon with fried rice, my fiance ordered chicken and ordered the steamed rice. Everything was good and timely except she was left waiting till even the habichi chef had left and I had to go find our waiter and ask where my finances rice was, she was waiting to eat because she likes to eat her chicken with the rice. By the time we got the rice everyone was done eating and her chicken was cold. Ruined our anniversary quite honestly. I've always had a great experience here but the lack of attention in general from the waiter and he did apologize about the rice but no offer to at least compensate for the incompetence. We made reservations been planning a great anniversary celebration for weeks drove from gilbertsville, and it just really upset her and me as well.

I went out with my boyfriend to celebrate our anniversary and everything was good but then they forgot about my steamed rice. It's simple white rice but it never came. The guy that cooked infront of us said the server would bring it but nothing. He already cooked everyone else's food. My boyfriend had to get up and go tell them I was still missing food. Everyone at the table already had ate and they were cleaning the grill by the time I got the food. The rest of my food was already cold while waiting so ended up just taking all my meal home so I can heat it up and finally eat. I haven't been able to go out with my boyfriend in awhile and we finally do and I dress nice for me to not even be able to eat at the place. Ruined our anniversary because then I was upset. I was looking forward to celebrating our anniversary so much for the night to be ruined.

I wish I got to try this place out and arrived just after 12p, but we weren't serviced. Restaurant was empty but operating (clanking of glasses and silverware), employees were cleaning. We were acknowledged at the door and let in. We waited patiently, even peeked around the wall. Very disappointed, drove over an hour to try this out.

Ordered a lot of food from here yesterday, and it was all good. Service was very polite, which is much appreciated. I was happy with the portion sizes, and it’s no cheaper and no more expensive than any other Japanese restaurant I’ve been to. My only complaint was I wish there was more shrimp in the shrimp fried rice, and how my sushi was packaged. The sushi was good, but the brown sauce was packaged loosely with the sushi in the same container, so after I drove home with it, the sushi was saturated with it. It kind of ruined my sushi, I wish they would have put it in a separate container.

We’ve been here a few times, spent some money and they are just gonna have the Sushi bar and hibachi open. Bad business when you have several tables you are not using. Do better.

We have always loved this restaurant, until now. Today we went in for lunch. The waitress put her fake finger nail in my soup and then my husband found a hair in his salad. We asked for our ticket and that the rest of our meal be canceled.
Online menu price is way different. Portions are incredibly small. Definitely won't be back

Was sat down and then had some overly round(2x normal size) sat next to us by the waiter, taking up our personal space, then had the cook share our $30 meals with people who ordered $15 meals. Restaurant is not worth visiting, unless your into all that kind of stuff.

Waited here for 10 mins no one come to the front to seat us had someone come up and ask us if we had an order to pickup said no we are wanting to eat here they left stayed another 3 mins and nothing
More than likely won't be back I'll just go to hananoki in Clarksville I'll make the drive

It was amazing because all the food was so delicious. It felt like we were visiting a famous restaurant in Japan! The atmosphere is nice and the store is clean and spacious, so it's perfect for a group meeting. The staff is so kind! Thank you!
