I ordered a number 3 combo, the only thing on it was ketchup and mayonnaise and cheese. It's supposed to come with lettuce tomato onion, the works. The fries were so cold and hard it was like trying to eat a thick hard potato chip. Very disappointed. I called and spoke to a man named Wes who was a manager and he said he would make it right by making it himself so, we will try it one more time and hopefully it will be like the Sonic I remember to be so good!

The server was extremely kind and considerate... she made suggestions to me that were spot on and, as a result, made 2 extra trips back to my truck , all with a smile in the sweltering heat. That deserves a Big Tip!
Got an Oreo blast and a cookie dough blast for a sweet treat. The cookie dough blast was just ice cream with cookie dough on top instead of being mixed up. I asked them for replacement which the manager remade for me. And it was a lot better. I appreciate the manager and workers fixing the problem without getting mad. I normally get a caramel shake which is the best shake I ever had. Definitely will be back for a caramel milkshake.

I have been here currently for 27 minutes the red button has been pushed the whole time. I switched lanes thinking the order screen was broken. Nope. No answer on the new one either. Still waiting. No I’m sorry. Nothing. I tried to ask the girl walking outside and she just walked past me and went inside. Fast food is suppose to be fast. If I wanted to wait almost thirty minutes to even order food I would just of cooked at home. I tried to be patient but that is ridiculous and unacceptable. Update, as I was ending this review they finally answered and the lady wasn’t the most pleasant and had an attitude.
The person that took our order was so rude for no reason. We were asking what came on an item and she got hateful and rude.

Full version: I tried to order from sonic tonight. I say tried because even though half their bays were empty they cut me off mid order not even allowing me to order a drink.
Then after I got home they messed up 1 of the 4 things they graciously allowed me to order.
So if you don’t want to be allowed to place your order, you don’t like to drink fluid with your meals, and you want to have a 25% failure rate on the items they allowed you to order, then Murray’s sonic is for you.
If you like being treated like you’re at least vaguely human then choose any other of the good fast food places in Murray.
