Changing my perfect review of this Starbucks to much lower rating. Service at the drive-thru has been lacking with disinterested employees for lack of a better explanation. When ordering drinks and food it seems like its a big deal if you want or expect napkins to come with the order. Then when your handed the napkin its crumpled up. Why??? You order online for drive-thru pickup shouldn't napkins be automatic when order includes food and drink? Does Starbucks expect customers...
So I ordered thru door dash and they gave me a card saying that they were out of sugar plum cheese danishes but one beautiful human being found one and wrote this on the baggy 😭🫶🏻 thank you person!
I'm not a huge Starbucks fan, but my wife likes some of their seasonal drinks. Today the apple crisp oat milk shaken espresso was her pick. It was made well and as long as they carry it, we will likely purchase another.
