I’m not that picky but it was one of the nastiest restaurants I’ve ever been in. Mainly where the sandwiches are prepared. The young man working was rude. Was cussing the mayo container then flooded it with mayo. Charged wrong. Had a beast foot long and drink only and was charged $24.56.

Every time I go to this location they never answer me on the speaker I have to drive to the window. I went there this afternoon. 4pm. Online says they close at 11 but someone came outside and told me they was already closed

Avoid this location. There are plenty of other sandwich places that could provide you with better service. The manager michael at this location took our platter order and wrote down the instructions for the workers to make the next day. When we picked up our order and got home, our 2 veggie sandwiches were 2 loaf of bread with nothing on it. We were told all 5 sandwiches would have basic veggies and none of the sandwiches had veggies. When we returned to ask what happened, we spoke with Carrie who was absolutely wonderful. She did everything she could do to help with the situation. She was able to get a manager on a phone because only management gets to enjoy their weekends. Avoid this location, and go to a location that would appreciate your business.

We wanted to eat a healthy sandwich and we went to Subway, we arrived and there were 3 workers and they saw us and none of them responded or even greeted us or told us to wait, it's like being invisible in this place. We decided to leave because they never attended to us. 😡😡😡

Subway has went down since covid. Bread is always rock hard, drive thru still closed, and during busy hours workers are talking to other employees about personal issues instead of helping customers that only have a 30 min lunch n wait 25 min in line with only 1 person ahead.

I ordered 3 of their advertised $3 wraps. When I arrived they were now $4 each. I complained and was rudely told they don’t have to go by the advertisement. The wraps were pitiful with little ingredients. When I spoke of that the girl said “oh well you can’t get better ones”

Ordered a 6 inch sub and she made a ft. long. I told her what I wanted but it was ignored. When the cashier rang it up, I said I wanted a 6 inch, and she continued to ring it up as a ft. long. They need to stop hiring people that has no sense.
