Usually have great service but cashier was kind of rude. Had my hand extended out for her to give my tea card back and she just threw it on the counter and was trying to ask her something about my order and she just ignored me.

The ai thing is terrible got my whole order wrong and the guy who cashed me out made sure it was right when it totally wasn’t.
The young man sitting at the table he’s at, I was going to sit there as I waited for them to prepare my meal, and it looked like a baby had smeared food all over it and hair was stuck to the table. I went to sit at another table across from it with chairs, it too was slightly dirty and needed to be wiped down.
I’m here on New Year’s Day and Murray isn’t busy, and they only have had a few go through the drive through and I’m the only one dining in currently. I arrived at 4pm and he sat down at the table he’s at 4:10pm and has sat there as I type this out at 4:25pm looking at his phone, and he works here.
This young man isn’t worth shooting, figuratively speaking, and if I was the manager right now, he would be told he was fired. When I arrived at 4pm, he was walking around the register literally dragging his feet because he’s too lazy to pick them up. While they’re not busy, he could be wiping off tables and cleaning the dining room instead of sitting on his big azz and looking at his phone. (If he was on his break, then I stand corrected)
