October 24th we got Zaxbys for the first time😋 as we pulled into our Dexter KY rental on our way back home from our holiday👍 ordered our ZAX PACKZ on the app as we were pulling into town and whammy, we smashed those ZAX PACKZ and only have a couple of those delicious tenders for the remaining drive home, homemade chips and bread were great as well
Would get some ZAX PACKZ again

Fries were loaded with salt. Sandwich sat at counter because they didn't write the correct name down.

Our family tried Zaxby’s for the first time—and none of us made it more than a quarter of the way through our meals. The food tasted awful. We honestly can’t explain why it tasted so bad, but something was just seriously off about it. We left hungry and disappointed. Definitely not coming back.

This place used to be good but the drive through takes forever now and apparently they don't bring your mobile app order (NOT DOORDASH) to your car anymore!! I'm disabled and can't walk inside. By the time my son had to come get my food for me off their stupid door dash shelf, it was cold!! My fries also tasted like the freezer they came out of 🤮 Drinks were missing from my order and they never put utensils in the bags. seems to me the employees are just too lazy to bring mobile orders outside but they have time to stand and around on their phones according to other customers noticing and telling me. Get rid of your curbside orders if you're not going to handle it properly. What a waste! Management needs to step up or get new management. Won't be back anymore. 2nd time horrible service was enough for me

No wonder Chick fil A puts you out of business!! Ordered salads that ONLY had one strip of chicken, wilted lettuce and old tomatoes ! Very expensive and low quality!

Great service. Food was very good.

Well we got the new Zaxby's salad it comes with a much smaller egg roll and only one and I got the three bacon tacos and they were horrible the chicken was cold even close to what it used to be worst part was is I was really craving that I don't know what they've done but I wish they would put it back or at least add one of the extra egg rolls because those are better than the original
