Burn my onion rings more than once. The other evening at 6;23 pm i orfered 1
Strombol and fries. 1 fish sandwich and onion rings. Got there about 7 pm to drive thru. Let me find your order. Baker said didn't get that order.. fellow at cash register said we have to make it . It will take 10 minutes

Went to visit the in-laws, we live out of state. They just moved to nancy. Decided to order a couple pizzas. They never had any food from here. Pizzas were actually pretty good. Good prices, we picked up. Cool little atompshere. Kid at register was very nice. Everyone liked the pizza. When we visit again, definitely will order more food.

Always service with a smile through the drive through; pizzas made correctly 99.9% of the time. My only complaint is I always order light sauce and sometimes it’s loaded. But the crust, toppings and sauce taste great!!

Mill springs Pizza Express is awesome. Extra cheese is EXTRA cheese. I absolutely love the pizza and service. I highly recommend. We've had Mozzarella cheese sticks- awesome.

I mean even if it wasnt the only pizza joint in town , this is my favorite pizza outside of Miguels at red river gorge. That other reviewer isn't taking their business elsewhere...

Pizza and prices are outstanding!!!

I’ve ate here many times food is great but ive ordered two orders of fried cauliflower multiple times and they give you the same as the amount for one . Doesn’t matter , You pay for one or two you still just get one in quantity apparently regardless what you pay . Even after asking if it’s two orders there they say it is when clearly it isn’t ..Don’t know if I’ll be back after this time

I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years because the food here is usually excellent, which is why I keep coming back. This has always been one of the few places where I never feel the need to check my takeout order before leaving because it’s always been right. Unfortunately, that changed today.

I called in a simple order for a pizza, and when I got home, I discovered it was burnt to a crisp and tasted awful. Honestly, it shouldn’t have ever been sent out in that condition.

I’m not someone who typically complains, and I genuinely try to support small businesses. Still, I called to let them know, hoping for a solution. The employee who answered told me I’d have to bring the pizza back so they could see it and decide whether to replace it.

But I had already made it home and was ready to relax and enjoy the holiday—not make another trip back to Mill Springs Pizza. I chose takeout specifically to avoid the hassle of cooking or going back out.

I thanked the employee and said I’d just keep the pizza, but honestly, I’m disappointed. After a decade of consistent quality, this experience left me feeling let down. Unfortunately, I may need to consider taking my business elsewhere.

They could have used a little help when I was there. Kid stood on the phone explaining what their pizza is made of too someone for 5 minutes. I ended up walking out without ordering. We called later... and picked up.
