Food was not at all like it was advertised. Their photos must be either stock photos or from somewhere else as the hot dog chili that was served looked grey and pasty. Will not be back. We wasted most of the food as we couldn’t even eat it. Hot dogs were half way edible after scraping the so called chili off of them. I don’t really like leaving bad reviews especially for small town restaurants but I just feel so deceived after comparing the food to their phots. We didn’t try the ice cream because we were so disappointed in the food. It was also a really long wait to get the food even though they were not busy.

We stopped there to eat because one of our group had heard it was really good. I ordered the Junction Hot Dog Box and Broccoli Bites. The Broccoli bites were good but the hot dog was terrible. The chilli looked like dog food, like it had been cooked for days. We all ended up throwing our food away. Stopping there was an expensive mistake.

This place is just a great old fashioned custard stand. Great hotdogs, cheese burgers, and crunch chicken (if your from Neon you know). Milkshakes are top notch.

Well, today this Drive-in decided to trade a Banana Split for my future business. I had ordered a Banana Split & ask for a cup so I could share it as I couldn’t eat a whole one by myself. She said it was against their policy. So I had to buy two. I used that Drive-in regularly. No more.
It's a little pricey but got the best milkshakes in the area.

Finally got my procrastinating butt over to Neon to try out the Junction Drive in and it was the wait. Food just as delicious as the pictures made it look. Great, quick service. Decent prices and my goodness at the variety and menu items to choose from. Definitely one of the best little dairy bars I've ever eaten at. Definitely going back. Soon!

This place was awesome! I was down there right after they'd RE-opened from the flood! Awesome food, awesome atmosphere, awesome service. BBQ sandwiches are tasty, the shakes are huge (get a SMALL, y'all!)...stayed away from "The Coal Miner." I'm planning a trip down to that area to see how y'all are doing in Letcher County, so I'll stop by.
