Applebee's Grill + Bar

Restaurant was practically empty at 5:30 PM, only 3 or 4 tables occupied. Two people working front of house, one at the bar and one moving and setting tables, neither seemed interested in seating us. We waited 15-20 minutes and then left.

Applebee's food is exactly what you expect, but the service at this location is great.
Chance is one of a kind, and if given the option, we always sit in his area. He makes all the difference in our meal!

Walked in around 2pm. Waited 5 minutes for 2 servers to come out from the kitchen. They checked on their tables, proceeded to walk back to the back and cash out their tables, never asking us to wait or even seat ourselves, never even acknowledging us after making eye contact. There were two tables in the whole building. We left. Very poor customer service from Woman with man bun/tattoos and woman working with you on this shift.

Stopped in for lunch. As for Applebees goes, this is one of the nicest ones around the area. Service was top notch. Fries were awesome! Wings, I absolute loved the original sauce, I always have thought it’s the best. Wings didn’t seem very fresh, if the were really fresh I would have gave this a solid 5 across the board. Fries were definitely fresh. Ladies that served me were so polite and friendly. Will be back

Came for a veterans Day meal and it's a good thing it was free because I wouldn't have fed it to my dog! Ive always loved Applebee's but this one has reunined me on ever eating here again!

I dont like the bugs and flys that are always there. Surely theyve heard of Orkin. Its difficult to give an accurate review for a bug n fly infested restaurant

The outside is very telling of how the service and the food is. The air felt greasy and everything had a nasty film on it. Got seated quickly by the host, waitress check on us twice the whole visit. Food was lukewarm. My broccoli was raw and crunchy. Food was overall bland. Got a pasta that was watery and flavorless. Mozzarella sticks were greasy and wet. Air vents had mildew and mold, bugs dead in the windows, handprints on the decor. Tables and seats were sticky.

Best part was the music. The food was ok except the burnt brownie. They brought the wrong food to our table 3xs. The place seemed unorganized.

OMG!! Their steaks and salads are to die for. Always PERFECTLY cooked. Their boneless wings are a beautiful starter!

Great food no matter watt u get

The waitress and the hostess was great. I ordered the bourbon street chicken and shrimp with garlic mashed potatoes. They didn’t even get it right I got regular mashed potatoes and overcooked chicken that was plain. Also the wings was cheap but overcooked as well. Our bill was 81.00 and it was the worst food I have ever had from Applebees. Will definitely not go back again.
