everytime i doordash from here they never put my sauces or my straw in the bag. even tho i make sure to put extra sauces i pay for extra and they never get put in the bag. hopefully ypu guys can start doing that. thank you.

We just came thru the drive thru and the tellers name was Mary she was a older woman. I want to say she was the nicest and most friendliest person. If restaurants had more people like her, It would definitely make eating out pleasurable and not a dread. MARY NEEDS HORNORED AND SHE NEEDS TO BE REWARDED FOR HER KINDNESS!
There was two women working the drive thru, a blonde who was a little bigger, and a brunette who was a bit shorter. We had came through a little later in the evening and they were extremely rude, didn’t even ask if there were any sauces we needed/wanted, And all but threw out food at us. This was on night shift and as a night shift cashier I understand the frustration of people coming through before closing(please note we came through at about 9:40pm, still another 20mins till closing). The order was completely correct and typically when I come through it’s during the day and I have NEVER had this problem, but the service was absolutely terrible for this location. This place is a great quick pick me up, but I would recommend going through DURING THE DAY, because night shift just was not it.

Another thing I rarely do is eat out or eat fast food. Tonight however I ran through Arby's on S.Main st. Nicholasville. They have these sliders on the cheap.1 thing I get is the hot ham & ch. Should have been under $3. My issue tonight was being charged an EXTRA .40 cents to have them keep their (more expensive) Swiss ch & use a cheddar instead. I hate swiss! Yeah...NO problems....we can do that....What, wait, how much was it again? Could you repeat that for me please? Almost $7 bucks for 2 sliders. With an extra charge of. 80 cents to have the lesser cheddar instead of swiss!Did I miss something? How is this ok with anybody! Arby's might as well reach into my pocket book through the window and take what it wants on top of what I'm paying through the window.Oh hell no! Out of principle I canceled the order apologized to the employee (isn't his fault).I will never, ever, pull into the parking lot of Arby's!That owner should be ashamed. I totally get making a buck and keeping a business going but THIS is straight up highway robbery!I hope he/she somehow sees this.Just bad because.OK rant done!!Next one in another year or so...
