There was two women working the drive thru, a blonde who was a little bigger, and a brunette who was a bit shorter. We had came through a little later in the evening and they were extremely rude, didn’t even ask if there were any sauces we needed/wanted, And all but threw out food at us. This was on night shift and as a night shift cashier I understand the frustration of people coming through before closing(please note we came through at about 9:40pm, still another 20mins till closing). The order was completely correct and typically when I come through it’s during the day and I have NEVER had this problem, but the service was absolutely terrible for this location. This place is a great quick pick me up, but I would recommend going through DURING THE DAY, because night shift just was not it.

Another thing I rarely do is eat out or eat fast food. Tonight however I ran through Arby's on S.Main st. Nicholasville. They have these sliders on the cheap.1 thing I get is the hot ham & ch. Should have been under $3. My issue tonight was being charged an EXTRA .40 cents to have them keep their (more expensive) Swiss ch & use a cheddar instead. I hate swiss! Yeah...NO problems....we can do that....What, wait, how much was it again? Could you repeat that for me please? Almost $7 bucks for 2 sliders. With an extra charge of. 80 cents to have the lesser cheddar instead of swiss!Did I miss something? How is this ok with anybody! Arby's might as well reach into my pocket book through the window and take what it wants on top of what I'm paying through the window.Oh hell no! Out of principle I canceled the order apologized to the employee (isn't his fault).I will never, ever, pull into the parking lot of Arby's!That owner should be ashamed. I totally get making a buck and keeping a business going but THIS is straight up highway robbery!I hope he/she somehow sees this.Just bad because.OK rant done!!Next one in another year or so...

I'm sick of spending my money at Arby's in Nicholasville Ky. It's not worth eating. Our roastbeef sandwiches has very little meat on them, curly fries were to hard to eat, we had 2-3 small curly fries and the rest was hard end pieces. Apparently they don't care what or how they serve their customers.I tried calling several times and nobody would answer the phone.We will NEVER got to this Arby's again and I'll make sure to tell everyone we know not to waste their money eating here!!!!???????

Food was no better than slop. Beef n Cheddar was mostly just sauce and cheese leaking out all over the place in the wrapper with a pitiful amount of roast beef. Two Buffalo chicken sliders were basically two 8 hour cooked to death pieces of chicken that chewed like cardboard and very little sauce. Way too expensive for what you get back.

Ordered at speaker get to window an the order wasn't right so I ordered an payed again then get home the sandwich wasn't there. Called had to drive all the way bk an they gave me a sandwich that sit under a heat lamp an I asked for fresh fries that I payed for the first time considering the 1s I got were cold by the time I got my sandwich so they give me a box with 3 fries in it. Will not go back again.

I tell ya this place an the people running it well should be shut down when u ask for a small cup to get ur grand son some ice for his gums an u waited for over 20 min for ur order an they say it will be 1.27 I don't think so thats pathetic really is an if I have to be charged that I don't want the food an I will not be coming back when does this happen an I'm 45 never been charged that an if I ever do get that told to me again I'll not go back crazy
