I travel for a living and have to eat fast food all the time. This is EASILY the worst Arbys I’ve ever been to. The fact that the owner thinks Ashley is a “shift manager” is a joke. I walked in Sunday, 4/27 at 3pm and a tall black guy (employee) and Ashley were sitting at a dining room table. She slowly waltzed over to the register as I stood ready to order. She had her cellphone on her, was super dismissive and seemed MISERABLE. I looked at the floor behind the counter and there was food & garbage everywhere. I got my drink cup and went to the beverage area and it was NASTY. I took a quick pic. No napkins. My food was cold. You can see the cheese in the pic isn’t melted and is solid cold. While I ate, Ashley and the tall black guy on drive thru sat back down in the dining room talking loudly like high schoolers in a cafeteria (vs cleaning up any of the nasty messes everywhere). Using inappropriate language. What a joke. My uncle is one of the Arby’s VPs and I’ve never sent him a bad report before but this was so awful, I had to.

Can’t get a simple order right then the manager wants to argue about it when you tell her that it was wrong and things were left out of the bag. Like a whole 2 sandwich’s. Then gets hella rude when you tell her you’ll deal with the store manager not her rude self.

This place was so dirty. No customers when we got there, yet there was food on the floor, tables, and seats. You’d think the employees would take that free time to clean up a bit. We had to circle around the whole dining area to find the one, somewhat clean table to eat at.

Ordered a chicken bacon swiss combo, reg roast beef sandwich, 4 piece chicken nugget, super roast beef sandwich with no sauce, and a lg fry. The fries were old and barely warm. You could tell they had been sitting under a heat lamp for some time. The super roast sandwich had 3 slices of roast beef and sauce on it. The chicken on the chicken sandwich was old and cold. 3 of the 4 chicken nuggets were cold and hard. 1 of them was hot. For the $29 I paid I expect the food to be hot and fresh. This was the worst food I have ever had from any arby's. I would give it a zero if I could.
