12/18/25 this is the 2nd time this week that we have visited this Brannon crossing location in the evenings and the food was not edible both times. The potato cakes where hard as a rock and the meat was very dry. We eat Arby's at least twice a week but I believe we'll be visiting the tatescreek rd location for a while. That location has never disappointed us. The Brannon crossing location is just more convenient for us.

They forgot part of the order for my daughter. After I called they only gave me an option to come back for the food. Once I did go back the lady who handed me my food told me I was mistaken that she gave it to me. I asked why it was so hard to make sure before an order was handed to anyone that each item couldn’t be verified in the bag and got no response other than they were short staffed. I did only see 3 people there but if it’s that bad shut the doors and be done. Don’t cheat your customers out of food they paid for!!!

Best chocolate shake, hands down. My roast beef sandwich was pretty pitiful. I envisioned the old school beef and cheddar. That's not what I got.

I travel for a living and have to eat fast food all the time. This is EASILY the worst Arbys I’ve ever been to. The fact that the owner thinks Ashley is a “shift manager” is a joke. I walked in Sunday, 4/27 at 3pm and a tall black guy (employee) and Ashley were sitting at a dining room table. She slowly waltzed over to the register as I stood ready to order. She had her cellphone on her, was super dismissive and seemed MISERABLE. I looked at the floor behind the counter and there was food & garbage everywhere. I got my drink cup and went to the beverage area and it was NASTY. I took a quick pic. No napkins. My food was cold. You can see the cheese in the pic isn’t melted and is solid cold. While I ate, Ashley and the tall black guy on drive thru sat back down in the dining room talking loudly like high schoolers in a cafeteria (vs cleaning up any of the nasty messes everywhere). Using inappropriate language. What a joke. My uncle is one of the Arby’s VPs and I’ve never sent him a bad report before but this was so awful, I had to.

Can’t get a simple order right then the manager wants to argue about it when you tell her that it was wrong and things were left out of the bag. Like a whole 2 sandwich’s. Then gets hella rude when you tell her you’ll deal with the store manager not her rude self.

This place was so dirty. No customers when we got there, yet there was food on the floor, tables, and seats. You’d think the employees would take that free time to clean up a bit. We had to circle around the whole dining area to find the one, somewhat clean table to eat at.
