Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Loved the fresh waffle cones/cups, the ice cream was amazing and so was the orange sherbet. We will be going back!

I’ll start off by saying that the ice cream was really good. I have never been to Bruster’s before and I was pleasantly surprised with how it tasted. However the employees make the experience so much worse. I took my siblings out for a treat and there were about 5 employees working. We got our order placed ok but it went all down hill after that. My younger brother is allergic to eggs, so after we ordered I asked if there were any eggs in the ice cream. One employee said that she had no idea and that “it could or could not”. My brother is pretty allergic to eggs where if he were to eat some he would need his epipen. I asked her to check the ingredients of the ice cream where she preceded to tell me that she wouldn’t because it didn’t have it on the bag. I asked if there was anyway at all if she could tell me if the salted caramel had any eggs in it and the best response she had was for me to look it up. She rolled her eyes as she said this. There was no allergy card or anything that she could offer. Very unprofessional. I then looked up if Bruster’s ice cream had any eggs in it and it did not give a definite answer. I went back again to a different employee who told me the same things, making up excuses for their laziness. However she did give me a refund for the shake my bother couldn’t risk drinking. My 9 year old brother was really disappointed that they wouldn’t even bother trying to help. I will never go back to this Bruster’s and do not recommend for anybody to go visit them.

I have always had the best service, everyone is always so friendly and the ice cream is amazing.

So delicious great place to visit with family or friends they have waffle cones or bowls and huge variety of flavors like Birthday Cake, Black Raspberry Chocolate Chunk or Chocolate Peanut Butter Buckeye and many more there's something for everyone. They even offered Pup cups (small vanilla scoop)for our furry friends that tagged along.

They just can’t get a hot fudge Sunday without whipped cream right. Twice I ordered a hot fudge Sunday with mixed nuts no whipped cream no cherry. Both times they gave me whipped cream and a cherry no nuts. The kicker is they charged me $1 for the nuts I didn’t receive! In my opinion Brusters owes me $2!!

Ordered a blue pop freeze first time it was just a scoop in a cup so I corrected the lady at the window then the second time she gave me a different flavor still in a cup after correcting her for the second time I finally received the thing I order the cashier then stated that I had to refund my thing because what I wanted cost more after she messed up my order

Love this place. Rare to find real ice-cream these days.♥️❤️

My husband and I stopped by Buster’s for a quick sweet treat and ended up really loving it. We got a small two-scoop ice cream. I had the chocolate raspberry, and he went with the peanut butter puddles. Both were very delicious and tasted so good! The staff were super friendly and patient, let us try a couple of flavors before deciding. I also thought it was fun that they offer half off their banana splits if you bring your own bananas. This spot is awesome, and it has a drive through which is nice especially during this rainy weekend. We will definitely be back, and join their rewards program.

I come here all the time I live two minutes from this location I always and I do mean always get the pints and I do half-and-half in those pints went there today and was told that they can’t do that. I let the associate know that this is something that I’ve gotten for the last three years of me living in Nicholasville And she told me that she can’t do that because they’re not supposed to highly disappointed won’t be back not sure why you can’t do a half-and-half in a pint of ice cream when that’s something that has always been done.

Not as good of an experience as I have had at other locations. Got the wrong ice cream, which I was fine with but also the ice cream melted and was got runny in about 30 seconds.
