I would give this place zero stars if I could. I got called a liar in the drive through and refused service because I ordered a large coke and she made a large mocha I refused to take the mocha I wanted what I ordered. The lady in the drive through proceeded to tell me that I did order a large mocha and she was not going to waist it out because I didn’t want what I ordered. I told her to just give me my coke and I will be on my way. She still refused and told me to get out of her drive through. I will never be back to this establishment.

Between the Burger King or McDonald's in that area. I believe they are competing for who can be the slowest most incompetent fast food restaurant in the area. I would throw in the Taco Bell in that area but they are normally accurate 95%. Order 2 whopper jrs with cheese and medium fry. Guy so focused on the duo doesn't understand there is trio. So I over paid and even over paid more because I didn't even get cheese on my whopper jrs. And they want more than $7.25 an hr and can't even do the basics of their job. And waited for cold food. God Bless Kentucky and its educational system. Because he's needed if this is the trash this state puts out. I know it's not fair, because they have a few people that are not bad there. But statically speaking that BK sucks. It's either cold food and right, hot food and wrong, or like today cold food, wrong, and I over paid which hurts more. I don't agree with stupid, I just take the L and move on. At least McDonald's over there is slow, but they normally give me hot food.

Had a mobile order with 2 cheeseburgers, 2 double cheeseburgers with extra pickle, one double cheeseburger add lettuce and tomato, and chicken nuggets.
Got my order after a wait, no lettuce or tomato on my double, went back through, got the burger remade, and this is how it looked.
Update: Decided to give them another chance. My husband place an order 15 minutes before I showed up, order took 10 minutes past arrival time to be ready. I ended up going inside, where I watched the front counter gentleman throw our stuff into the bag forcefully. When approached about the time situation he claimed that they aren't allowed to start the food until we arrive. I know that isn't true because I've placed mobile orders with this company before.
Got the food home, they only filled the large hashbrown about 1/3 full, and all my sandwiches tasted like they dumped a pound of salt on it, not to mention the biscuits were way over cooked. Ended up feeding it all to my dog.
Your store needs an overhaul. Retrain current staff or replace them. This is ridiculous

My family visits BK all of the time. A woman named Kelsi took my order today. She didn't greet me as I approached the counter to order. I have a lemon allergy and I requested bottled water cuz I couldn't get any from the machine and she attempted to charge me for the water. The woman who normally takes care of my family when we enter knows how to serve us. Kelsi and the manager needs more professionalism.

Genesis the assistant manager was extremely rude. If you don’t want to work with the public you should not. I was not given a receipt even though I asked numerous times and went back inside the store. Genesis refused to give me owner contact information so I had to walk through the restraint until I found it on a sign. Extremely poor food, extremel poor service they deserve 0 stores for the poorest attitude I’ve ever received from someone who is supposed to be a manager. I worked 18 years in food and I would NEVER treat a patron that way! Pitiful excuse for a restaurant and staff. Genesis should not be working with the public with that nasty attitude!!!!! They don’t have receipt paper but sure had a receipt (not proving payment on my bag)

Prices to high
Went here with no one else in line waited 3 minutes for them to tell us they needed time, then waited another 6 before we decided it wasn't worth it when McDonald's is across the street. And yes we ordered and got our food from breakfast hour McDonald's quicker than we even got to order at an empty burger King. The food there is crap anyway we just went because we thought it would be faster than McDonald's.
