I do not like the food. Apparently I got a piece of chicken that I thought was fish because of the soft texture inside. Captain D's is a No for me.

The new breading is disgusting. No one I've spoken to likes it. They also got rid of their sweet and sour sauce. No more captain disgusting for us or many of my friends.

This place always has good service, and quality fish. Always hot and ready. Also very, very clean.

Worse food I ever eat. You can tell everything was heated up in a microwave. Orka was soggy and didn't taste good. Corn on cob was cold and not cooked. I will never go back.

Stopped in later in the evening with my family. Business was light. The restaurant was very clean, including the bathrooms. We ordered a family meal for four, which was plenty. Didn't know they had spicy filets now. Got our half original and spicy. Okra was good but needed salt. Staff was very helpful in helping us make side choices. Note that half of the sides have .89 upcharge.

I passed by the drive-thru Monday the 19th, i was at the speaker for a good 3 minutes and no one would speak or tell me to hold on or wait, seeing that there was only 1 car i was thinking it must be closed, so i drove up to the window and a female opened the window and i said " i couldn't hear you" she said "well i head you" but i was with a custumer with a upset face, i asked if she can take my order she very rudely and with 1 hand on window to almost close it said " you will wait a minute cause i have someone on the speaker" , at the point i asked her that i was at the speaker and she never asked me to hold or wait, and pretty much she said to leave if i didn't like it, which me and my full truck of employees took our business somewhere else.

Me having worked in fast foor for a good amount from teen to early 20s knows the value and reward of good customer service and management and that lady lacks both and common Courtesy.
