We are not sure who, but someone dropped off some samples to All Boats Service Center in Bronston KY. The Chicken Salad was absolutely delicious and we wanted to say Thank You. Highly recommend this to anyone that has not tried it.

Their traditional chicken salad is seriously lacking any distinguishable flavor. No grapes, no pecans or black walnuts, little to no celery or celery seed, and NO SUGAR ! While their traditional mixture might be good for most customers, including those with diabetic conditions, folks with discernible palettes may find their mixture quite on the bland side. With so many different options to choose from, getting back to “old school” may be the way to continued long-term success, especially in “NicVegas”. While wishing them to continue to stay afloat, especially in today’s economy with so many restaurants suffering, it’s highly doubtful I will be returning, especially at their price points. I can make better tasting chicken salad at home.

The ambiance was great, service was fast and friendly, and the portions were generous. This was my first time here, so of course I had to try the original chicken salad on a wheat sandwich with lettuce and tomato. Everything was wonderful except the chicken salad could have used a little more salt. I’ll be back!

Chicken Salad Chick is a must-visit for chicken salad lovers! I ordered The Chick with a scoop of Olivia’s Old South, Sassy Scotty, and Kickin’ Kay Lynne, and it was a flavor-packed experience. 1. Olivia’s Old South: A classic, creamy chicken salad with a hint of sweetness from the relish—simple, traditional, and perfectly balanced. 2. Sassy Scotty: This one is rich and indulgent, with just the right amount of ranch, bacon, and cheddar. It’s comfort food in every bite. 3. Kickin’ Kay Lynne: if you love a little heat, this option brings a zesty, spicy kick with a blend of buffalo sauce and jalapeños that makes it stand out. Each scoop was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying, served alongside crackers, which made for a perfect light yet filling meal. Whether you like classic or bold flavors, there’s something for everyone. The service here is top notch, as you decide on which item to order, you can sample anything, I love that. I’ll definitely be back to try more!

My rating is solely for the To-Go Fancy Nancy Chicken Salad, given that I haven't tried anything else on the menu.
