Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Every thing we ordered was cold the coffee was old and cold worst experience ever

I love crackers barrel., it is my all time favorite place to eat..just not this particular store, the last 3 times I have eaten here, the food was wrong, not all I ordered, and food was old, and very cold, idk what's going on here at this particular store, if it happen once or twice..MAYBE !!!, but three times having issues with order, & or food, and service, I no longer go to this store, me and my family have to go across town to eat at a decent Cracker Barrel..I hate it...

Came at noon on a Friday the 21st because I wanted some cod fish. The fish was undercooked, brown beans and casserole were both cold with no taste. One worse meals I ever had there.

The food is just ok because most of time at this stop the food is cold and not to fresh. The service was good this trip the lady was so sweet and able to meet each ones needs. We was a group of 8 people.

Got the meatloaf and chicken tender family meal. The meatloaf was disgusting. It was nothing but bone, gristle, and fat. I think they took all the junk from the cow and combined them to make the meatloaf they put into my tray. Couldn't even eat the meatloaf it was dog food.

The food is hot and fresh and the service was outstanding. Our server continues to check on us if we need anything and that is what I want.

Parking: Plenty of parking space

Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu that the parents or children to choose from.

Wheelchair accessibility: Its easy to get to the door and to your table.

Probably the worst experience I've ever endured in a restaurant I sat down and waited about 15 minutes no server ever showed up so I got tired of waiting and ordered it to go, 40 minutes later, they bring my order and the biscuits were hard as rock I couldn't carry everything out to my vehicle because I'm handicapped I have difficulty walking no one offered to carry it out for me in addition to that they got the order wrong and I had to come in to the restaurant twice and me being disabled not one person said I'm sorry that this happened no one went to find out why the server never came to the table just unbelievable I'm not a demanding person finally I asked what the problem was and I was told and I quote we are in the middle of a shift change and we don't have very many people available I was never greeted upon entering the establishment nor was I told thank you for coming in or I'm sorry that this happened, one lady was so busy unloading stock I didn't think she was even going to check me out like I said the level of service nowadays is sad

A tad slower than your normal CB, but worth the wait.

I ordered the chicken pot pie and my friend had the pot roast with mashed potatoes, gravy and dumplings. I was disappointed in my pot pie. I may have seen three pieces of chicken. It was very soupy. My friend's was delicious! I'll definitely try it! The biscuits were good, as usual.

Price is up and quality is down. Cracker Barrel is going to suffer drastically with this business model. Bob Evans is now a much better value for the quality and price.

Waitress was awesome and most of the food was good. The gravy for the biscuits very bland with not much flavor. Service was great!

Prompt service. Delicious food!

Paid online for 2 meals only got 1. The lady LOOKED at the tag that clearly stated one of my meals was unavailable. Didn't tell me or offer another choice just said 'have a nice night. Went back for refund and have to wait. No food or money. Why is Frisch's closed but Cracker Barrel is open??? Not going back
