Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

When arriving, we were seated right away . Our Waitress Michelle was so uplifting and kind, right off the bat. She
was able to accommodate our breakfast orders, and the food was perfectly done like we asked. We made sure to let Michelle know how special she made our visit with conversation and curiosity!

Me and my husband took his little brother here for thirst time and it was very lack luster. Maybe everyone was feeling dead inside due to the hectic holiday? I don't know. I don't know, but the food was bland. The mashed potatoes were cold and had no salt or butter. The sweet carrots were just plain carrots heated up. The dumblings were good but the chicken in it was bland. The burgers my husband and his brother were bland. His brother's burger was cooked incorrectly, with some pink. The biscuits were great though! The employees seemed very tired and exhausted, likely due to working X-mas.

The restaurant was completely dead. This might be due to the holidays?? Again, idk. I haven't really eaten here recently due to the change in menu items.

Price is also expensive, almost $4 for a drink? Not even alcohol, just a coke or tea. It's disappointing, I wanted to share the experience I had when I was a kid and the atmosphere was just sad. Hoping it was an off day...

The coffee is no longer good, I noticed this last time I visited and thought maybe it was just that time, what they have done is they have weakened their coffee to save money so you are basically drinking colored hot water.
Our food was cold when we received it however the waitress had another made for us.
The game at the table with pegs, the wording has been changed so they won't hurt people's feelings. Come o Cracker Barrel you can do better

I went to cracker barrel this past Sunday at 11:30 am that was a mistake, long wait
When the food came,the orders came ot cold, to make a long story short ,don't go to
Cracker Barrel on Sunday un less you go real early, when they are over crowded the food doesn't come out as good and hot
No problems on the rest of the days of the week. The latest review on this location is the kitchen needs a good cook ,and some more good servers, they only have five that is real good, THEY ALSO NEED SOME GOOD KITCHEN SUPERVISION, THIS LOCATION HAS BEEN GOING DOWN HILL FOR THE LAST SIX MONTHS.

We enjoy going to Cracker Barrel for dinner and always find something in the country store to buy, saves me a trip to somewhere else.

The Pancakes were tasteless, the eggs were terrible 😫 and tried eating the fried apples, what have you done to them? They were so hard and tasted terrible, I sent them back, only to exchange for grits that were runny as soup. I would give this place a zero, but the biscuits were warm when they were served. Much to expensive for older people on a fixed. Don't ever plan to visit this location again. I will eat at McDonald's!

My family and I went out to eat dinner this past Wednesday at our local Cracker Barrel. We got sat down at our table pretty quickly. We sat there and waited for someone to take our drink order. We waited and waited. Thirty minutes later someone from my party finally decided to get up and ask the hostess if we were going to be taken care of. Couple of minutes later a waitress came and took our drink order as well as what we wanted to eat. Fifteen minutes later still no drinks. We decided to get up and leave and go across the street for dinner somewhere else. On the way out we told the two employees at the register why were leaving and all they could say was have a good day. We have always had good food and good service at this location. Very sad it's going down hill. Will not be back.

Dumplings were not done also the biscuits were not fully cooked as well. They were very stick stuck together very runny. I get my usual vegetable plate meal and I was just very disappointed with the quality. I don’t know what’s happening, but I hope it gets fixed soon.
