Employees are very gloomy The food has gone down hill. It’s just not the Cracker Barrel that once was. They do have convenient parking, and a nice gift shop.

Wouldve been 4 stars, waitress was great and so was food. Only problem is it took almost an hr to get our food after we ordered. We had thought of just walking out but we had our drinks already.

Hostess stand nobody there for several minutes. When she came out from the back. I asked her for one thing. Not to seat me in the middle of the room. She then led me to the middle of the room. She then argued with me that they were to busy for me to sit anywhere else. It was after breakfast and the place was 3/4’s empty. All I wanted was something to eat.

Well compared to what I am used to when I go to Cracker Barrel it was not up to the standards that I am used to. The cat fish was hard (Fried too long or in old grease.), the gravy on the chicken fried chicken was old and clumpy, and the bacon wasn’t cooked long enough. The best thing that I ate was the biscuits.

My husband and I waited over an hour for breakfast food. We arrived at 6: 30pm and were served at 7: 30pm. We were seated fast and then waited around 10 minutes for a Waiter, He took our drink order and asked if we were ready to order and we said yes and then he immediately said, I'll be back in a minute, It was probably 15 minutes later he finally came back and brought my coffee and it was lukewarm. And he never came back to refill it The whole time we were there. We waited 45 more minutes, He finally brought our food, at room temperature after I flagged him down and asked about it. My husband ask where his gravy and biscuits were and the waiter then told him it would be 10 MORE MINUTES for the gravy, so my husband wound up only having an egg, one piece of sausage and a biscuit, But yet he paid for the entire plate of food he never received. The whole situation was ridiculous because it wasn't that busy.

I frequent this restaurant because of how well they treat people and the food is consistently good. Natalie is my favorite waitress and I highly recommend her but all of the other guys and girls are great. You will be treated great from the hostess to the cashier.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetable selections along with smaller salads.Parking: All parking is close to the restaurant. Wife uses a walker and we never have any problems.

Food could have been better I thought there mash potatoes were to thick and mine was on the lukewarm side and I like hot potatoes. But most of the time Cracker Barrel is a good place to eat.

Ordered a ham dinner to reheat and take to a family gathering. I was pleasantly surprised at the convenience and quality. Picked it up the day before and it was packaged neatly in a large flat box with handles and lid. The ham needed baking for 2 hours plus an extra 10 minutes for glazing. But it transported well and everyone enjoyed it.
