Can't do negative or zero stars. My daughter is 3 years old and 28 pounds. We were dining in and sat at a table, my daughter shuffled her butt to be in a better position and the damn chair flipped with her. She was sitting between me (her mother) and her uncle. When I said something about it the "mgr" said she should have been on a booster or high chair and the regular chairs were for adults. Will NOT return!

This Culver’s location is fantastic. Quick, friendly service and fresh, fast food.The staff here are friendly and very prompt. Our food was given to us within minutes! It was all piping hot and delicious.I got their Butter Burger Combo, and it was delicious. The Crinkle-cut fries are tasty, and the burger was cooked perfectly.For dessert, their famous Concrete Mixers are always the way to go! During my first Culver’s experience, I got a Vanilla with Caramel Mixer, but nowadays my go-to is their Vanilla Concrete Mixer with Oreo pieces; it can’t be beat.I definitely recommend this Culver’s location for fast, yummy food and friendly service!Kid-friendliness: Kids will eat easy here. Burgers, fries, and frozen custard!

I like Culver’s, I wish they had less fat on burger. An I prefer the very small fries, with vinegar.But overall I enjoy so Culver’s, they’re a step above the other fast food places if the mid-west. Service is always solid, a the over atmosphere is comfortable, even the bathrooms are well maintained.I highly recommend Culver’s!!!!

You have no idea how much this made my day! My aunt recently died of cancer and 3 other family members in the hospital, I went to get my favorite ice cream from culvers. My mom told them "extra snickers please she's having a really bad day" they gave me back the most beautiful concrete mixer I've ever seen, better than any Starbucks drink ever! It was a Vanellia snickers concrete mixer with a TON of whipped cream on top and snickers sprinkled on top of the whipped cream. It was over flowing! He handed it to me and said he hopes my day gets better, he wasn't even the one who took the order he just over heard and went all out. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I can't recommend them enough, this made my day I am beyond greatful

Once again, I have eaten here, and once again I have been shorted an entire item. Just a simple hamburger, but considering the double hamburger is almost $6, this is not a small deal. I'm so tired of having to do the job of this restaurant to make sure I get what I order. I can't ever trust the order to be correct. Very sad and would not recommend eating here unless you want to do the extra work or if you like getting ripped off.
