Went though the drivethru at 630pm had to repeat myself 3 times to get the wrong food,missing my extra sauce I paid for and all after being told to pull forward to wait 10min. Will not return

Every single time they forget something. How hard is it to include everything in a meal?

Food is good. People are nice. But I ordered a meal and thought it was suppose to come with a drink. My drink ordered was never taken nor was I provided with one. But I did get get everything else that was suppose to come with a meal though.

I come to the south end Nicholasville location every morning. The staff is awesome and makes my food the way I like it. The music they play may be the worst I've ever heard in an establishment. ?

We typically get Blizzards here once a week and have yet to have a good experience in the past 3 months; either the servers are short-tempered, the order isn’t correct, or toppings are barely mixed in (mostly just ice cream at the bottom, every-time). One time when they “Flipped-it” all the actual toppings just fell off. I get it, it’s “Fast-Food”, but to be as expensive as it is and for there to be an issue EVERY-TIME, I felt that something needed to be said. took 45 mins to get 2 blizzards and a small milkshake. the blizzards was like soup. and the counters were they made the ice cream was so dirty. terrible service. Will not be back

I visited DQ and was appalled by the poor service and unclean environment. The staff was unfriendly and dismissive, making me feel unwelcome from the start.
The rude service and unclean conditions made for a terrible experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will not be returning.

Kind people. Quick service.

Just went here to get a bacon breakfast platter, literally said bacon. I had to wait for them to make the hashbrown for 5 minutes and they gave me a sausage platter. How does bacon sound like sausage and you still get it wrong after having the order for over long. On top of that the receipt even said bacon on it. I was on my way to work so i can't even take it back.

All the people there are very nice. Their food is always hot. They always have it out to you as soon as possible.

Parking: There’s at least eight parking spots opened

Kid-friendliness: Everyone of the workers there are kind they try to fix everything that they can

Wheelchair accessibility: The doors open wide enough for wheelchair. The counter is low enough for you to see if you’re in a wheelchair. The tables are wheelchair accessibility.
