I came through your drive through Sunday Evening February the 1st and let me just say the two ladies who helped me were absolutely amazing! First of all my food was top notch! Hot and savory! And the service I received at the window she was so kind and cheerful! I am not sure about their names the cook was a blonde and the drive thru attendant I believe was a manager red hair. I will be back thanks to the two of them! Oh also they both carried smiles the whole time I watched them and I am just so pleased!

Don’t waste your time ordering any sandwiches here. Bread is consistently stale. Breadsticks are always bland - gone are the days of that decadent buttery goodness - purchased a lasagna with mold on the underside of it. Quality control is out the window. The staff are nice, but I’d rather have someone with a bad attitude giving me good food instead of a nice person giving me garbage.

I paid 67 dollars for an 8 family meal deal plus 12 extra breadsticks and two salads. When I got to the youth group there was no salad dressing, the extra breadsticks that I paid for were not in the order and no Parmesan cheese that I requested. The amount of sauce did not cover all of the spaghetti.

We went in at the last minute on our way back home from being out of town and they were nice and had a good selection of food. It was clean inside and the staff was welcoming.
At 4:30 on a Friday evening I couldn't find a single employee, or customer. I guess all the employees were probably in the back getting high. The place was disgusting as well. The floor literally stuck to my feet.

Super dry spaghetti, even when I paid additional for a meat sauce and hard bottomed breadsticks. Also, every time I go there and I get a drink there is soda all over the side of the cup, definitely should be wiped off. Nobody wants a sticky mess in their car. Otherwise, I guess it’s whatever… It’s Fazoli’s.
