We've been here before and usually it's great, but this most recent visit was different. It wasn't busy for a Saturday morning, and yet after we were sat we waited about 5-10 minutes before a server came by to say hi. She was sweet! But forgetful, bless her heart. She forgot to put in the side of bacon we ordered. When we received our main dishes we reminded her of the bacon. She said okay, apologized, and put it in. I figured it would be out in a few minutes - I mean, it's bacon at a breakfast place! But we completely FINISHED our meal before the bacon arrived. In fact, we finished our meals, had a full conversation over them, and stacked the plates before she came by to check on us (without the bacon). We told her to just cancel it, and of course it was just then that another server was walking it up. We declined it because we were full (and finished with our meal). Hugely disappointed in the service this time around. Will probably avoid this location in the near future. It's worth an extra 10 minute drive down the street to the First Watch by Target.

My wife and I ate here Thursday morning Aug. 28th. The restaurant was nice and clean. We were seated promptly and server come right to the table. The service was excellent and our food was delicious. My wife and I both got extra toast. Our server got us extra jelly as well. She come back to the table often to check on us and we liked that. Wish I would’ve remembered her name because she was excellent. Usually at First Watch, our servers don’t check the tables regularly. We will definitely be back.

Really poor experience today. Dined with a group of 4 teachers. We were on a break from a training. We ended up having to get our food to go. Our server was new, and could not answer basic ingredient information. One of our party has a severe allergy. We spend an unacceptable amount of time waiting for allergen information. Our server attempted to find this information out, but other servers were too busy talking to help. When we were finally able to order, it took an unacceptably long to get our food. We asked for to go boxes. My salad had no dressing. Had to ask for it. Server brought it out, but it was not in a to go cup. The staff had difficulty splitting our check four ways. We are now late getting back to our required training. This took over an hour.

Coffee wasn't fresh. Prices keep going up. An $8 single pancake is a bit much. Had to track waiter down to get drink refills. Food tasted good.
The last time we went, it was really great. So, I guess the problem is consistency.

We enjoyed a great breakfast today! Ordered Eggs Benedict and the Trifeca; both were delicious and served promptly. Ashley, our server, was friendly and made sure we were served everything we ordered. She also brought us water at the end of the meal when we realized we’d forgotten to take our meds. Always enjoy eating there!
