Ghost Fox Winery

This winery is a perfect place to relax and enjoy some interesting sweet wines. The inside is absolutely adorable and the patio is perfect for crisp fall days. We each did a tasting and a sampling of the snacks and had a blast sitting on the patio taking in the beautiful view. We both ended up taking a bottle home- the dragonfruit and the apple, ginger, & black cherry. They were both delicious. Follow them on social media cause apparently they do pizza nights and I definitely want to make it back to one of those!

We love this place! Josh and Mallory are fantastic hosts and business owners. We had our wedding here and we had a fantastic experience. All staff went above and beyond to help us with our special day and make everything run as smooth as possible. Also, their wines are delicious and they have great events for the public! We visit often and they exceed expectations each time!

My husband and I had our wedding at Ghost Fox and it was so beautiful. Mallory and Josh were a pleasure to work with and their space is so gorgeous that we hardly needed to decorate. All of our guests, and even our vendors, couldn't get over how stunning the views from the property were. The wine was great as well. I would definitely recommend Ghost Fox for anyone looking to hold a small wedding/reception (ours was about 30 people), a baby/bridal shower, a birthday party, or an engagement/anniversary party! We loved being able to have access to both the indoor and outdoor space and being able to choose our vendors.

The winery also makes for the perfect weekend outing or date spot. We will certainly be returning to visit in the future. I'll try to upload some photos as well once we receive them.

Ghost Fox Winery always delivers—there’s always something new, creative, and delicious to try. The vibe is perfect every time: laid-back, friendly, and just a great place to hang out. I highly recommend their Spicy Cucumber—the spice level is perfect—and the Sauvignon Blanc is fantastic.

This small, charming winery exceeded our expectations. Tucked away in a beautiful spot, it offers a truly unique and intimate experience that’s hard to find elsewhere. Every wine we tasted was house-made and clearly crafted with care. Their cocktails were equally impressive, with creative twists that showcase the same level of quality and attention to detail.

What really sets this place apart is the service. The staff made us feel like family—warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They took time to explain the wines, recommend pairings, and created an unforgettable experience.

A beautiful location with the best owners!

Ghost Fox is by far our favorite winery in central Kentucky. Not only are their wines great, the Merlot is my recommendation, but the atmosphere is perfect. We recently held a party for our 15th anniversary on their patio. Mallory provided excellent communication leading up to our event and was very accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to celebrate with friends. Mallory, Josh, and the staff are always so kind and welcoming. Between live music, wine club, community yoga, and more, there is so much to enjoy about visiting Ghost Fox.

A gem of a winery tucked away down the road from Lexington. Mallory, Josh, and their crew will make you feel so welcome. They host fun events, offer live music, and more. Their space is perfect to host your own event and we were lucky to share it with friends for our wedding anniversary. If you haven’t been, you’re missing out- get down there.

Ghost Fox Winery is amazing! The owners are so helpful! They went beyond my expectations helping me with a surprise retirement party. The venue is great for so many events including parties, weddings or celebrations. At the same time they have intimate settings for quiet moments with someone special. Regardless why you visit, you should definitely visit them.

We hosted a baby shower here and I cannot express what a wonderful experience we had here. Mallory was so accommodating to all our requests and questions and she responded in such a timely manner. The staff was great and the venue is lovely. We hosted our event on the outdoor patio space and it couldn't have been nicer. I nothing but wonderful things to say about this establishment and all they did to make our event as stress free as possible. I would highly recommend their venue for your next shower or event.

It would be impossible to provide a comprehensive review on how wonderful my experience was at Ghost Fox Winery! I reserved the facility for my graduation party. My guests continue to rave about their experience - praise for the Ghost Fox team, wine selection, venue (indoor and outdoor), and more. Mallory was an incredible host - responsive, kind, and flexible. She and her team were a delight and helpful to the folks who decorated, provided music, and catered.

Mallory and the rest of the family are awesome people and went above and beyond with everything they do. Great place to relax with some really tasty wines!
