I ordered the 5.99 bag meal that come with 2 entrees. Got told I only ordered 1 entree and that all they can do is refund me to re ring it up. Then my 1 chicken wrap I did get was the sadest I have ever seen.

After getting my food, I see why at 7:10pm (dinner rush for most fast food places) there were ZERO cars in the parking lot and drive thru. They literally served me room temperature food. Not even lukewarm. Room temp. I don’t live in Nicholasville but my brother does and when I told him about it he goes, “oh yeah, don’t EVER go there.” So the locals know not to eat there. Why even stay open and steal people’s money?

Manager refused to fill my coke from the drive thru because the lobby machine was out. Expected me to wait until it was changed out, like she couldn't think outside the box and realize my time had value
Previous review was five stars. Now it’s one star because when I arrived home with my order….theres a bite taken out of my patty and my bf’s burger is cold and stale. Looks like they’ve had a crew change since my last review and it was not for the better

Didn't rate the atmosphere cause I did drive through. Had Hardee's 2 times this week, once for breakfast and once for lunch. I gotta say they didn't disappoint me either time. Their big breakfast is perfect and you can never go wrong with a Frisco burger. When u want an actual hamburger of any kind, Hardee's is where you should go. The only downfall is price. You're definitely paying for that perfect burger so if you're pinching pennies keep your eyes out for coupons. I saved almost $3 with the one I used for the Frisco burger. It was so delicious!
