“I came through your drive through Sunday Evening February the 1st and let me just say the two ladies who helped me were absolutely amazing! First of all my food was top notch! Hot and savory! And the service I received at the window she was so kind and cheerful! I am not sure about their names the cook was a blonde and the drive thru attendant I believe was a manager red hair. I will be back thanks to the two of them! Oh also they both carried smiles the whole time I watched them and I am just so pleased!“

“Went there last night for some pizza with friends. Pizza was amazing. I actually finished it all. Servers were nice and considerate. They forgot some fries but immediately fixed it, and as an apology, they gave us cinnamon sticks as an apology, a wonderful apology as they were delicious. Overall amazing.“

“Mike runs a great place! The entire Fazoli's team was happy and seemed like they enjoyed their job!
The food was delicious and the bread sticks were flowing.
We had several kids with us celebrating a birthday - Brandon came by to check in on us and the kids loved him!

“Service was good, but do not sit in the bar area. Service is a little slower. Food was also good , pasta a tad bit dry. Doing the lunch time you can expect to wait 10 to 15 minutes extra for a table. The decor of this Olive garden seems to be much brighter and lighter than most and much more peeling.“

“My wife and I had no where else to go and Fazolis were able to feed my family of four, and have felt very welcomed. Now we can go home with grub in our belly's and have a great night feeling happy.

“Me and my friend walked here after shopping at the mall. We had gotten a 8 inch pepperoni pizza and it was alright, the pizza was just slap full of pepperonis lol! The worker there gave us free refills on our drinks was so nice and it was very chill and wonderful there! amazing service!“

“10/25/25 Today I hosted a Car Show for the Lexington Firefighters Toy Program at Frederick Douglass HS. During set up our Food Truck had to cancel and it left me scrambling on what to do to feed the people. I called a few places in hopes to get someone out with no luck. On a whim I called Jets and explained what happened to the Manager who immediately agreed to help! They donated pizza for us without hesitation. I can’t tell you how grateful I am for that! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HELPING MAKE TODAY SUCCESSFUL!

“10/10 will ALWAYS recommend this Giovannis location!! Everyone is always super friendly and the food is always fresh. I bring my nieces here almost every Tuesday and they love it. Everyone should definitely check it out :)“
