After spending $43 on a family meal and driving home I realize half the order was missing (lesson learned to check before leaving). Called and let them know and asked for some money back due to multiple trips being made they instead had the cops waiting on us. Only reason I was asking for a refund or partial is bc now we will have cold dinner and have wasted diesel driving back and forth across town!! Moral of the story. Hold up the line to check your food before leaving the establishment!!!

So came into drive thru for lunch got a 3 piece with mashed potatoes and geeen beans, honestly the chicken doesn't even taste like KFC used to taste , the green beans had no taste like it's fresh out the can no seasoning, no love . Food at best a 2 , this might be my last time coming here , mt Recommendation is if you hungry might want to go somewhere else , sorry KFC but I'm sure the colonel would be upset with the quality of food coming out of here !!!!

Food was old and soggy. I loved KFC but after tonight I am done with KFC. Service doesn't mean anything if food is old and spongy and the crust was not crusty, It was dripping with condensation. The drive thru person was nice and sweet.

The little short girl with dark hair (Alexa) was VERY rude, didn’t listen to anything we told her and did what she wanted. She had a nasty ass attitude and we tried to tell the manager and he just pushed right passed it as if he was into her, Another employee there even told us to report her because this isn’t the first time she’s done this (she also mentioned she was “fast” and not speed wise). We told the girl the order was dine in but she still marked it to go as if she was trying to push us out the store. She made the food unbearable because her attitude ruined the atmosphere. I’m not one for trying to get someone fired but that girl needs to be let go or that store is going to go down hill. 0/10 do not recommend if you’re trying to enjoy your meal and have a good day.

After standing in line for 10 to 15 mins waiting for someone to take my order I finally asked the lady making drive thru orders if someone could please take my order. She looked at me like I stole something and told me to wait a minute. Those were her exact words. Not hello welcome to kfc we will be right with you. Sorry for the wait. No greeting or smile or any type of welcoming manner. The lady was very rude. I didn’t get her name as she wasn’t wearing a name tag but she was an older woman working the food like behind the counter at approximately 11:15am on 11/4/24. This review was left because this stores employees Need to be trained to be more professional as well as customer service skills and lastly a crash course on hospitality wouldn’t hurt. One thing is for sure. If I was the owner of that kfc that lady would’ve immediately been fired treating paying customers like that. That’s a return visit killer!! Do better kfc mgmt! Thanks for the iced tea anyways and have a good day.

It was great for me.. it didn't take long to place order or to get order.. Food was really good and hot.. drive threw was fast, only a few minutes per car. Not bad prices at all

Service was fine but they was out of livers so I changed order to a bucket of chicken and they was also out of original chicken and only had crispy. Ended up ordering tenders because it was all they had I wanted
