The food was mid. We placed a pickup order for 6pm at around noon. When we showed up to get our food it was not ready. Despite the app saying it was ready for pickup. Waiting 30 minutes beyond pickup time for subpar chicken is egregious. Save your money and go to popeyes.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Went through drive through at 8:10 pm. Told we would have to park for 2-3 minutes. They brought us some of our food 25 minutes later. Gave us wrong pieces of chicken, didn’t get our sauces or biscuits or extra sides I ordered. Went inside and got the attitude from 2 workers. Another lady came inside to complain about missing part of her order, biscuits and sauces also. I wish the manager had been available. I have my receipt and I’m very unhappy! I don’t recommend eating at this location. Lonnie needs to get his employees trained!! An hour after I ordered my food in the drive thru I got home with my cold nasty food. Smh 🤦♀️

I bought fried chicken over here recently one of the chickens is overcooked and another one is uncooked then I trash all of the things besides drink. I feel like I spent 14 dollars on food to throw in the trash.

After spending $43 on a family meal and driving home I realize half the order was missing (lesson learned to check before leaving). Called and let them know and asked for some money back due to multiple trips being made they instead had the cops waiting on us. Only reason I was asking for a refund or partial is bc now we will have cold dinner and have wasted diesel driving back and forth across town!! Moral of the story. Hold up the line to check your food before leaving the establishment!!!

So came into drive thru for lunch got a 3 piece with mashed potatoes and geeen beans, honestly the chicken doesn't even taste like KFC used to taste , the green beans had no taste like it's fresh out the can no seasoning, no love . Food at best a 2 , this might be my last time coming here , mt Recommendation is if you hungry might want to go somewhere else , sorry KFC but I'm sure the colonel would be upset with the quality of food coming out of here !!!!

Food was old and soggy. I loved KFC but after tonight I am done with KFC. Service doesn't mean anything if food is old and spongy and the crust was not crusty, It was dripping with condensation. The drive thru person was nice and sweet.
