Ordered at 9:02 with pickup at 9:15. Showed as ready for pickup and when I get there at 9:18 they said they won’t be making my order because they are already shut down their machines for cleaning even though they don’t close until 10pm (google says 10:30) this isn’t the first time they shutdown before closer!

I am giving 3 stars for the simple fact that I placed an online order at around 7:45 pm while sitting at Brannon Crossings in Nicholasville , It should have been ready by the time I got the KFC my app said 5-15 minutes . By the time I get to KFC it's close to 8 pm I go through the drive-thru tell them my name , I get my drink the lady asked me to pull up and they would bring my order out . I waited a few minutes then had to move cause I was blocking the drive-thru so I waited for about 10 more minutes then proceed to go inside to use the bathroom told the employee that I was going to wait inside for my order since I had to use the bathroom. I waited for almost 40 minutes to get my food I sent my husband a message at 8:47pm to let him know I was heading home . If they didn't have the crispy chicken ready they could have just given me Original Recipe instead I would've been okay with that but they never even offered it. I absolutely love KFC and I order from this particular restaurant a lot , I'm just dissatisfied with tonight service.

I went to the KFC yesterday got a eight piece chicken bucket meal ask for mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese and a small side of a coleslaw didn't get no gravy didn't get no mashed potatoes all I got was coleslaw and macaroni and cheese and I was the only person in there I could understand it if they were busy you know to make a mistake or not hear my order but there was no one in there except for me so that's just pitiful when you get home and you don't have your meal that you thought you went and got and I also paid $34 for that meal high price I read a review on here that said that the place was clean and spotless when I went in there yesterday and looked at it it didn't look very clean or spotless to me in fact it looked pretty run down and nasty that's when I wish I had no order from there I didn't even know my order was messed up yet until I got home

If I could leave zero stars I would. Went through drive through at 8:10 pm. Told we would have to park for 2-3 minutes. They brought us some of our food 25 minutes later. Gave us wrong pieces of chicken, didn’t get our sauces or biscuits or extra sides I ordered. Went inside and got the attitude from 2 workers. Another lady came inside to complain about missing part of her order, biscuits and sauces also. I wish the manager had been available. I have my receipt and I’m very unhappy! I don’t recommend eating at this location. Lonnie needs to get his employees trained!! An hour after I ordered my food in the drive thru I got home with my cold nasty food. Smh 🤦♀️
