Been thru drive thru repeated times they cannot make a burger the way u ask and how many times u tell them it still doesnt come out to u right im gonna start going somewhere else cause they cant read there.

I came through the drive thru on my way home from work late this night. The guy in the drive thru window was super nice and I haven’t seen him before so he may be newer. He was wearing a leather jacket and had curly hair but he definitely deserves a raise,and I will be coming back.

I am ordered pancakes for breakfast at 10:20 in the morning, arrived at 11 because I was delayed at work, I thought they would cook them and leave them warm until I arrived, in the end I arrived, they finished cooking breakfasts and it was time for lunch, no one gave me the pancakes and they said they would return the money within 24 hours, more than 2 weeks have passed and no one has returned anything to me, the manager has a very bad attitude towards people

I came thru the drive thru and was promptly greeted, and as I placed my order( I spoke a little faster than I normally would) I realized that the young woman was being trained. She did amazing (given the circumstances) and I pulled to the window to get my food. The woman passing ordered was borderline rude, closing the window multiple times as I attempted to praise her and her new coworker. If you don't like working with teens, don't work at a first job for many. The food was warm and tasted fresh.

I mean....... its easy when you get off late and dont wanna cook. Food tastes ok. Not healthy at all buuuuut.
This stuff is ridiculous the price that you pay for your mail and this is how you get it half a** like it was cold and it looked like they half cooked it the fries was worse they was barley warm and hard I tell you this place is really getting bad and before I put this review I looked at the other ones I mean you would think after management seen all the bad reviews they would have done something but guess not I will never go here again just nasty

Rude employees, typical crappy food, no wonder they've gone to kiosks, cups no longer insulated, and junky lids. Only saving grace is the fountain Coke. Updated, even the app is not perfect

It has it's place every now and then. Maybe once a month I'll have a craving for a sandwich there. I wish it still looked like the 80s and 90s, which looked great, heck even the 2000s because nowadays it looks like a place you would eat in the movie 1984 or a Prison... Really drab and grey and depressing. Why McDonald's, Why??!?! Make it colorful again with characters like we grew up with not a place where I feel weird eating at. I can't imagine how the kids feel eating in grey when metal everywhere and no color / jail cell/ prison food court, yikes! What's next?

Went through the line around 7:15 on new years eve, they got my order wrong and didn't have time to fix it before close so they said they'd wrote my name down to give me a replacement meal only to be told the next day that they didn't have my name written down anywhere. the person who answered the phone explicitly said "oh thats a nice name, I've got you down so just come by tomorrow and we'll get it made for you" the messed up order i got wasn't even only wrong but was also cold. cold fries and cold burgers.
