Worst. Customer service I’ve ever encountered! I went through the drive thru yesterday and ordered a few items including a chicken nugget happy meal. The dipping sauce wasn’t in the box, and I asked the drive thru employee to put it in my other bag. No big deal. She handed me the bag and as I took it, she said “you didn’t have to snatch the bag from me” and then continued to rant. I was not being rude and did not snatch the bag, and I was absolutely shocked that a worker would go off on me. I demanded to see the manager and don’t know if she did anything about it or not. This Mc Donald’s is on my way home, but I’ll probably go to the Main St location in the future.

They messed up plain cheese burgers and put ketchup on them we have a tomato allergy also called 8 times x 10 rings each so I went back to store they said since my number was a different area code they didn’t answer AFTER 8 CALLS !!!!!

The past few times ive been here the food has been garbage and thats both late night and breakfast! Nothing has tasted right!
The egg mcmuffin was so so stale I could knock on it like wood. But it was hot...so that was weird.

I do mobile orders frequently and they are messed up more often than not. I check, and sandwiches are there, but when i get home, they are made wrong (no modifications). I tried calling from 8:27pm-9:02pm, they NEVER answer the phone. Tonight's order, spicy McChicken. Simple right? I got chicken and a bun.

I went through there on 11/12/24 and got food and it was gross af well I called what I thought was the right McDonald’s and they said they would replace it well when I got to the McDonald’s, this one which is where I got the food from treated me like a damn criminal to get my replacement. I explained to them I am not from Nicholasville so my bad on calling the wrong McDonald’s when they said they’d replace the food but that still don’t excuse the fact that the food was horrible and I wanted it replaced or my money back. They replaced my order , but damn! It was so horrible. I even showed them on my bank transactions where I had paid for it and everything and it was crazy. I was even turned and made to sit for a very long amount of time. I won’t be returning to this McDonald’s!!

Stopped by for breakfast with my parents before meeting my new kidney doctor. They were happy to take our order in person instead of us using the kiosk. Staff was kind, and the food was fast and fresh! Glad we stopped by and went in.
McDonald's was good but the burger seems to be lacking the taste that makes me want to keep going bk, something changed.
