Refused to take my father in laws order because he couldn’t use a kiosk. Treated him like crap and refused him any service. This is insane.
I understand a shift to the kiosks but some people can’t use them and instead of providing service he got treated like crap.

My husband had a breakfast sandwich this morning thought it tasted weird so he open it up it had molded egg on it. now he is sick to his stomach. Don’t eat here..
We are currently in the drive-through lane and I noticed that the lobby appears to be closed, and an employee is sitting cross-legged smoking in front of the entrance door. Really? You can’t open, and it’s no longer to be blamed in Covid, but you can smoke there? Talk about diminishing service……..sad look McDonalds. Don’t know who owns this franchise, but you can tell that they don’t care.
