If i could i Will give it 0 stars employes with attitude ,they never get My order rith one time they Charge
me 50$ and only have me 1 macmuffin while i order way more than tat,another time i got Charger for something i did not order and never Even got it.and they
also Charge the ítems on meals seperated so i makes it more money.if You try to pay at the register the employes are going to be in a Bad mod or not event atend you.and lastly one time My order look 50:00 minutes while there Was vearly any people and lots if employes,i'm never coming to this place ever again

Refused to take my father in laws order because he couldn’t use a kiosk. Treated him like crap and refused him any service. This is insane. I understand a shift to the kiosks but some people can’t use them and instead of providing service he got treated like crap. Not accessible for those who need additional assistance. He is a retired veteran and has suffered from a stroke and is unable to use the kiosks and when asking to place an order at the counter, he was treated terribly and they refused him any service. More specifically, the front staff said “that’s not her problem.” We will never return here.

Came in at a not so busy time. Took a hit too long to get my food. They also didn't read my modifications, because I didn't get exactly what I wanted. I saw slow movement when it came to food being prepared. Also, it's confusing seeing my order is ready and yet I stand there for another 5 minutes.

I've only been here once, but my experience was good. There was a sign that encouraged you to use the kiosk instead of waiting on a cashier to come over. I was annoyed at this because I needed to pay cash but the guy came over quickly and he was nice. I must say that entering and exiting this location is rather arduous and confusing for non locals.

Eating here is like playing McDonald’s roulette—you never know what you’re gonna get. Sometimes, you hit the jackpot with fresh, hot food. Other times, you get fries so cold and salty they might as well be from the Dead Sea. And the struggle of ordering a plain cheeseburger. If I wanted it without cheese, I’d just order a hamburger

Customer service is also a gamble. One day, you’re greeted like royalty, the next, you’re a ghost. Apparently, “hello” and “thank you” are now premium upgrades. Ronald M. needs to step in and teach a masterclass because this ain't it!
