The reason Im rating this a 3 is because they only want you to use a kiosk inside. One time I went was when my neighborhood lost power and I really wanted a coffee but only had cash. Me and a guy stood at the counter for 25 minutes and nobody and I mean nobody even acknowledged us. Haven't been back but once through the drive thru and can complain about the experience

Wanted a spicy mchicken because my pregnant ass was craving one all day. Finally go to get one they give me a soggy ass regular mchicken, my coke was flat and my fries weren’t salty. Tried to get a refund or my order right and they wouldn’t fix the problem because the lady didn’t give me a receipt. Y’all suck do better.
