I've only been here once, but my experience was good. There was a sign that encouraged you to use the kiosk instead of waiting on a cashier to come over. I was annoyed at this because I needed to pay cash but the guy came over quickly and he was nice. I must say that entering and exiting this location is rather arduous and confusing for non locals.

Eating here is like playing McDonald’s roulette—you never know what you’re gonna get. Sometimes, you hit the jackpot with fresh, hot food. Other times, you get fries so cold and salty they might as well be from the Dead Sea. And the struggle of ordering a plain cheeseburger. If I wanted it without cheese, I’d just order a hamburger

The reason Im rating this a 3 is because they only want you to use a kiosk inside. One time I went was when my neighborhood lost power and I really wanted a coffee but only had cash. Me and a guy stood at the counter for 25 minutes and nobody and I mean nobody even acknowledged us. Haven't been back but once through the drive thru and can complain about the experience
