I didn’t get the name of the person in the drive thru. But whoever was working the drive thru 7/9 around 8pm. Thank you for your customer service. Today was a very long day and your kindness was very very much appreciated.

My key fob to my car stopped working and Kendall and Joey were very very nice and helped get it started. I would not have got it started without them so I’ve very grateful. They were super nice about it too.

Nice neighborhood place for soups and sandwiches. Good selection of breads and pastries. Staff is usually helpful and friendly. We consistently dine here once a month, sometimes more. Nothing really stands out, but it’s a good place to grab a quick bite. Looking at the menu, most of the choices are high calorie. To be fair, it is a bread place. I order the same thing every visit. The chicken Frontega sandwich and French onion soup is tasty. Never disappointing.

Today was the second time we have stopped at the Nicholasville road shop. The first time we waited for 30 minutes to be served our takeout. This time, we ordered online, drove to the store and then waited for more than 20 minutes for our food. There were very few people inside the store and a few in the drive through line. When it was finally ready, it was not prepared as ordered. My wife is allergic to lactose and ordered a 17$ meal that still had cheese in it. We will not be back.

I stopped at Panera to get a half tuna, half salad with a bag of chips. When I got home & unpacked my lunch, the bag of chips had been cut open. I immediately called Panera to talk with the manager so that they would be aware of a problem. The manager named Taylor told me that she had packed it & “there was no problem.” Not true! If a customer calls you with the problem, an apology would’ve been the more appropriate manager response. I was not asking for another little cheap bag of chips or any other financial remedy. I just wanted them to know there was a problem.

Thumbs down on Customer Service & response & thumbs down on a public health hazard of selling food that’s been pre-opened.

I have never had a pleasant experience at this location. I have always waited at least 30-45 minutes even when they are not busy. I just waited 32 minutes for a blueberry bagel in the drive thru and when I received it, it was toasted but cold.
