I ordered on the app they sent me the wrong pizza and when I called back a manager called back and told me I would have to pay 699 extra to get the pizza that I ordered over talk to me the whole conversation which really upsets me because I love Papa John’s pizza But I’m thinking I’m gonna look for other pizza places in Nicholasville Kentucky

The only reason I'm getting the food won't start because I have to rate it service is always excellent store is always clean and nice put the pizza has gone downhill past four times I went my pizza has been doughy even the same crust

Updating system at lunchtime on Customer Appreciation Day? ordered online, never received confirmation, called store, put on hold was told the sytem is down? no deliveries till it's back up and running. Guess im not having lunch at lunchtime today.

Don’t order extra cheese. Last time I ordered double of almost all kinds of cheese and also extra cheese just to see if the cheese would change slightly. It didn’t. I paid almost ten dollars for no extra cheese and have the receipt to prove it.

Online ordering system deleted half of the order. We weren’t charged, but had to go through another drive thru to get food for two people.
I have ordered from them twice and both times I have gotten immensely sick from their food. I have picked up and had it delivered both times. The pizza was old and had been sitting out and was not very good reheated either. I have loved Papa John’s my whole life but this one I will never go back to
