They really are giving out emotional support pizzas!❤️ I was always a Pizza Hut girl, but this newer staff at Papa Johns has given me reason to switch to them! The blonde young lady has been there every time I order and get the best pizza, shout out to her for making sure it is fresh and made exactly as ordered❤️

I ordered on the app they sent me the wrong pizza and when I called back a manager called back and told me I would have to pay 699 extra to get the pizza that I ordered over talk to me the whole conversation which really upsets me because I love Papa John’s pizza But I’m thinking I’m gonna look for other pizza places in Nicholasville Kentucky

Updating system at lunchtime on Customer Appreciation Day? ordered online, never received confirmation, called store, put on hold was told the sytem is down? no deliveries till it's back up and running. Guess im not having lunch at lunchtime today.

Belly rumbling, wife starving, my life flashing before my eyes. Who has me covered? My man Brannon at Papa Johns. Game changer and life saver. 10/10 would recommend again.
Marking orders done before they are actually completed. If you send a text to my phone saying my food is ready for pickup, I expect it to be ready when I walk through the door.

Don’t order extra cheese. Last time I ordered double of almost all kinds of cheese and also extra cheese just to see if the cheese would change slightly. It didn’t. I paid almost ten dollars for no extra cheese and have the receipt to prove it.
