Expectations met!
I Went in for a Philly cheesesteak and it was Amazing ! The young People who work there are Funny and Nice .
Love the pizza sub and the Philly steak sub
Good food, love their french fries
Sent my wife and her friend to restaurant and they drove back to house, WRONG ORDER, they drove back to restaurant, got back home, one more sandwich wrong!!!! I feel like canceling the payment on Monday, absolutely terrible to say but NEVER AGAIN!!
We got subs for dinner from here one night, before a Cats game. Everything was delicious!
We got two large subs, one Meatball and one Philly Cheesesteak. Both were piping hot, full of delicious, gooey cheese and very filling. You can also taste the quality in their fries which they make from fresh potatoes and peel daily.
The male teen at the counter was helpful with our order as it ended up being quite the wait. There was a large string of orders before us and they worked diligently to make all the subs as fast as possible!
A great place to get yummy subs in Nicholasville.
Always good and always consistent

Restaurant and bathroom needs to be cleaner. I ordered food & they gave me the wrong order but they refunded it so I tried to give them another chance... when I went back the next time the lady behind the counter had a broom in her hands with gloves on while weighing raw meat in the other hand with gloves on.

Would have been great if not for the 2 teenage girls that wanted to talk instead of being serviceable. The cook was pretty much doing it all and I want to give kudos to him for being respectful and doing a fabulous job on my mushroom steak sandwich and fries. Really love your fries!

Food is great! Service wonderful! They have a sign saying they don't do cash refunds. I won't be back. You mess up I want my money. Even the IRS gives refunds. BUH BYE CRAIG
Ordered a cheese steak with mushrooms and mayo. Sandwich came with what appeared to be no steak. Closer inspection revealed two small clumps of steak under the cheese. The girl at the counter was apparently in a terrible mood and insisted that there was meat all over the sandwich. The manager was at least friendly to my face about it and offered to redo the sandwich. However, I don’t take chances with food handlers in general and definitely not with hateful ones. I let them keep the money and threw the sandwich away. After leaving, my neighbor, who was still in the store waiting on his order called to let me know both the manager and the pissed off girl immediately continued talking trash about me being unreasonable over their garbage standards and lousy attitudes. The whole experience was offensive enough for my neighbor to leave a bad yelp review and for me to go thru the agony of posting this review. I’m the kinda guy who won’t bother using coupons because it’s too much work. I won’t be returning to Penn Station and would caution others from visiting there until the company starts hiring employees with standards and basic common courtesy.

Decided to get Penn Station for dinner, and while there with a 15 yo, the employee with hot pink and multi colored hair, was very unprofessional. She was yelling vulgar things and cursing in front of the entire restaurant, with no care there were customers and a young teen there. After speaking with the other customers present, it was obvious we were all uncomfortable being there and just wanted to get what we ordered and leave. We also were not welcomed into the store and it just left us feeling like an inconvenience.

Some time ago I had to decline oregano and oil & vinegar because so much was applied. Now, after 2 recent visits, the black pepper is way too much. Cooks should know more is not always better.Lemonade was watered down today.Tables need wiped off. Have noticed this on 2 occasions.Back door was propped open.
