Decided to get Penn Station for dinner, and while there with a 15 yo, the employee with hot pink and multi colored hair, was very unprofessional. She was yelling vulgar things and cursing in front of the entire restaurant, with no care there were customers and a young teen there. After speaking with the other customers present, it was obvious we were all uncomfortable being there and just wanted to get what we ordered and leave. We also were not welcomed into the store and it just left us feeling like an inconvenience.

Some time ago I had to decline oregano and oil & vinegar because so much was applied. Now, after 2 recent visits, the black pepper is way too much. Cooks should know more is not always better.Lemonade was watered down today.Tables need wiped off. Have noticed this on 2 occasions.Back door was propped open.

I recently visited Penn Station and had an extremely disappointing experience with one of their servers. I ordered a footlong sandwich with specific toppings, including lettuce, tomatoes, onions, American cheese, provolone cheese, and, of course, mushrooms. However, to my dismay, the server forgot to add the mushrooms to my sandwich.What made matters worse was the server's response when I pointed out the mistake. I politely mentioned that I had requested mushrooms on my sandwich, but she vehemently denied that I had ever mentioned it. I reiterated my request three times, but she continued to insist that I had not asked for mushrooms. This lack of accountability and refusal to acknowledge their mistake was highly unprofessional and frustrating.As a customer, I expect my order to be prepared accurately, especially when I clearly communicate my preferences. It is disappointing when a server fails to pay attention to such details and then tries to shift the blame onto the customer. This incident not only left me dissatisfied with my meal but also with the overall customer service at Penn Station.Attention to detail is crucial in the food service industry, and it is disheartening when such a simple request is overlooked. Been waiting 30 minutes for our food. When asked how much longer, was told can't tell me time or number of orders ahead of us and that they were stacked up right now (Door Dash orders). Why it wasn't communicated upfront that would be at least 30 minutes waiting onsite for food after ordering is a joke. Plus no refunds provided. Going to Jersey Mike's next time.

Food always tastes fresh, french fries are cut fresh and fried, can't find better fries in Nicholasville.Vegetarian options: You can have a sandwich made how ever you like.Parking: Parking lot has lots of parking, not trailer accessible, but you could park a trailer on the street for a short time.Kid-friendliness: Good food for kids, nothing too messy.Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalk has roll-up points, there are no stairs to get in the door.

I went to Penn Station for the first time this past week. Let's start with saying the bread was so soft inside and beautifully toasted on the outside. I choose a delicious honey mustard for a sauce. I had Swiss cheese which complimented the ham and turkey that I choose. The veggies on the sandwich was crisp and fresh. The team that were working were so nice and fun to talk to. I just talked myself into another 1 so I have to go. See you at Penn Station

Cheese Steak..... good. Cheese bread...... good. Italian Sub....... not so good. Sweet tea.... good. So we ordered take out, as we're waiting they gave our food to someone else, then went outside and got it back brought it back inside and tried to give it to us. That was a big NO! The girl smiled and they started a new order. The staff was not an overly friendly group, but not rude either. Would go back
