I like Sonic, but at this location they just can't seem to get my burger right. I gave them 3 chances on different days and times, and each time my burger was wrong. Idk what is so hard about making a burger with cheese, ketchup, and mayo only. 1st time mayo and pickles, 2nd time lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and mayo, 3rd time mayo, ketchup, and pickle (they realized their mess up and instead of remaking it they scraped the toppings off).

The milkshakes, mozzarella sticks, and chili cheese fries/tots are on point and straight fire. The service is ok most of the time until you get someone working the drive-thru that you can just tell absolutely hates their job....... and it really shows

First time going to this restaurant. I pushed the red button and waited for 15 minutes and still no one waited on me or acknowledged me.. There was only 1 other person waiting on food in the drive thru. I guess 2 whole customers was just too much to handle.

Its ridiculous to have 1 car in the drive-thru and have to wait 10 minutes at a speaker just to have my order taken. Had to go inside and still had to wait to even be greeted! Ive been in fast food management for years and this is unacceptable.

Asked for a side cup of extra reeses for a sonic blast and they charged me $1.50. Charging that much for this kind of portion is ridiculously overpriced. For reference the cup is the size of your typical ranch/BBQ dipping sauce cup.
I wouldn't even rate this place if I didn't have to to speak my piece in the box, the food was awful, the fries were horrible, they shorted us a corn dog and even asked us if we wanted to tip them..??? How obsurd.. I recommend anyone and everyone to not go there... You can get better quality food of that kind at Culver's and at the same prices.. Sonic.. tighten up!!!

Online Ordered a cranberry limeade today. Recived a juice instead of some sorts. Not a big deal but normqlly a great place for drinks. Onky had this happend twice. Had to go to work so i didnt have time to go back and get it replaced. Good thing i like whatever this is lol. Im a linecook here in town do like i said. No biggie. Understandable.
I really am not one to complain but I have dealt with so many crappy experiences, that now, I feel I have no choice. I know that it is mostly fairly young adults/teenagers who work at this location but that still isn’t an excuse for terrible service. There have been multiple occasions in which we are greeted absolutely terribly. We are not unkind people. We actually APOLOGIZED because after 10 minutes of sitting at the drive thru speaker we simply said hello to see if anyone was taking orders. Once we finally got to the window, we apologized for doing that and the incredibly rude young lady at the window, snapped on us for no reason, saying she’s busy because an employee walked out. That’s about the second or third time we have been told of an employee walking out. I do understand that is tough but there is something to say as to why multiple employees are walking out on their shifts and the workers are taking it out on customers. I have lived here my entire life. I know the hours like the back of my hand. It’s a monday night. The store closes at 1:00am. I arrived at 12:30 to employees I can HEAR having conversation but they are refusing to take any orders, I’m guessing because they know they’re off in 30 minutes and they think they’re done for the night. I sat at both the speaker and window for a total of 15 minutes with other customers behind me, who had sat at a car side to go for some time. Closing at 1:00, does not mean to refuse making any DRINKS at 12:30. I did not even want food. I just wanted a drink and not a single employee would even give me the time of day to simply speak to me. I’m sure there are cameras present and those can be checked for verification.
I again understand that everyone makes mistakes, we are human. But 90% of the time, my order is wrong or missing items and it’s like pulling a tooth to simply get those items without eye rolling and attitude. I don’t know if this is a manger issue, a training issue, or what but I have heard nothing but terrible things from fellow neighbors, friends, and peers. I don’t even want anything out of this. I don’t want a coupon or a free item. I just want employees to be prepped and trained better. I could never imagine treating customers the way some of these employees do. And it is not ALL, but they do make up the majority and that’s not okay, by any means.

No one took 2 cars order at 12 an hour before close and drove off to see workers inside coming out from the back of the restaurant hiding not doing their job.

Really nice indoors. Food was not up to the price increase they had. But service was friendly at front counter Oct 3pm in the evening. Don't have the young man's name but he was great. Tots are always cold and stale any more

Trash customer service. Past 4 times I've asked for ketchup and haven't gotten them a single time. I came back around to ask for ketchup and homie he gave me 4 little packets bruh. That's enough for like 3 fries. Takes like 19 years to make the food. Sit down restaurants bring out the food faster than this sonic. Burgers always come squished and poorly put together. Only prop about this sonic is that it closes at 1 am but that's about it

Never order pretzel twists, they'll never give you the cheese sauce. Regardless how many times you say it.
