Stopped by one morning to get me a drink and a breakfast sandwich at 520 am it took about 3 minutes for someone to answer the speaker and about 6 minutes to get my drink then got told the oven had to be turned on and warmed up before I could get breakfast. I'm conclusion my service was the slowest service I have ever had anywhere.

No way I pay $1.25 extra for cold foam and the assistant manager wants to argue that this is the standard? Every CF order has to be made fresh in the blender (mine is the brown sugar) and over 75% of it ends up in the sink anyway. Quit being stingy with the cold foam that people pay for!!! Refuse to return here out of pure spite. Do better this is just sad and cheap.

My apologies for my behavior after I was rudely treated and disrespected by management. The whole situation could have been avoided if management wasn't on a power trip.

i go to this starbucks OFTEN as it is close to my job. they are always out of everything. i see trucks there every night on my way home to work. but they have been “ out “ of certain items for weeks now. i don’t understand. i feel this needs to be solved.. very frustrating.

I ordered a frappe and a brownie, asked for the brownie warmed. Understandably the place is busy and it will take some time, no problem. Problem was where the brownie sat there for over 10 minutes getting cold and hard while they still haven’t made the drink. I then also wanted to purchase 3 cups that came to $50.85, but they couldn’t accept a $100 bill, okay no problem they said they would hold the 3 cups until I can get change and come back. Problem came when another employee, not even on the clock, went up being rude yelling at them and towards me that they couldn’t hold the cups because it’s “first come”, as if I didn’t have the money sitting right there, the location just didn’t have the change. Least to say, after that encounter I did not go back for the cups, they didn’t earn my money. I’m not from here but I visit often and this will not be an establishment I visit again, poor service and quality of food compared to a location I was just at 10, maybe 15 minutes down the road in Hamburg.
this starbucks is SOOOO AWESOME!! the girl baristas here rock! i always get an amazing drink with a smile, the energy in this building is off the charts! i love it here!!!

The 1 star reviews are accurate. If you're thinking about going here, don't. ANY of the other Starbucks locations are better than this one here in Nicholasville. There was an extremely rude and unprofessional group of girl baristas working. I went inside to order, and as I was waiting, I saw one girl barista stick her fingers in my cup of coffee to fish something out? Absolutely unsanitary and disgusting. Drink was sickening sweet. I couldn't take more than one sip. Snappy and rude girl with short hair + bangs was by far the worst barista ever. She kept glaring at me for no reason, and when I went up to her and politely asked for the drink to be remade, she literally made up her own "new policy" and told me no, she absolutely cannot remake it for me. I then asked for a partial refund and she refused to refund me. So basically, I wasted money on coffee that I couldn't even drink and threw away in the store. Apparently she's got an attitude with me because I've "asked for my drink to be remade way too many times in the past?" I'm sorry, I thought it was "Starbucks barista promise" where baristas are required to remake drinks for customers if they're unsatisfied with it? So technically she's the one who broke the policy. And for the record, I've visited this location MAYBE 3 times or so within the past 4 months. Is it a crime to politely ask them to remake a drink? It's not my fault you cannot do your job and can't make drinks correctly. Even the so called, "Manager" girl was rude, held a grudge towards me, and did nothing to help. That is no way to treat a customer at all. I left the store extremely upset. Someone needs to have a word with these immature, rude, snobby girl baristas. Neither one of them had their name tags on either. Oh, and on top of everything else, this location is always out of ingredients (frappuccino toppings and cold brew specifically. ) and is always very dirty. Sticky tables and floors, trash everywhere, etc. Avoid this location at all costs. I'm definitely not going there again. I'll drive the extra 10 mins to the Lexington Starbucks. Overall worst starbucks experience ever.

Always fast and friendly service. Always feel at home here. A really good cup of Americano with whipped cream.
