I rarely go to this location but don’t think I’ll even come back. Yesterday I stopped in and the girl making the drinks was extremely rude. I simply saw a drink, didn’t know what kind it was so I asked her. She very rudely replied WHAT? With a dirty look and loud tone. She slams my drink on the counter and it’s the wrong one. I went to tell her and she gave me another dirty look and ignored me. I just left. I’m still wondering what I did to deserve this treatment. But I won’t be back that’s for sure. Poor customer service.

This Starbucks is crap and sadly its the only one in Nicholasville 😕. Iced coffee is a treat I look forward to and I'm always so disappointed. The drinks are inconsistent and they fill the cups to the brim with ice. I ask for little ice and still get way too much, so I've started asking for no ice. Seem to be short staffed major of the time and wait times can be crazy long. The same girl is always the only one making drinks, even if there are other workers there. These drinks are not cheap and they need to do better.

I ordered a white chocolate ice frappe with no whip and it was delicious! I haven't had one in a long time and I must say the drink was wonderful! The team was friendly and looked to be enjoying their job. The furniture was a little dirty and could either use a cleaning and/or updating. Overall a good place to get a cup of joe!

Stopped by one morning to get me a drink and a breakfast sandwich at 520 am it took about 3 minutes for someone to answer the speaker and about 6 minutes to get my drink then got told the oven had to be turned on and warmed up before I could get breakfast. I'm conclusion my service was the slowest service I have ever had anywhere.

No way I pay $1.25 extra for cold foam and the assistant manager wants to argue that this is the standard? Every CF order has to be made fresh in the blender (mine is the brown sugar) and over 75% of it ends up in the sink anyway. Quit being stingy with the cold foam that people pay for!!! Refuse to return here out of pure spite. Do better this is just sad and cheap.

Worker alexis lewis had the worst attitude towards my husband and I, I cant believe they’d let someone with an attitude like that work for them, I’m very disappointed and I will NOT be back here.
My apologies for the staff and customer that may have been affected by the managers inability to assist a customer that asked a question about her drink and requested to speak with a fellow employee on February 14, 2025. My apologies for my behavior after I was rudely treated and disrespected by management. The whole situation could have been avoided if management wasn't on a power trip.

i go to this starbucks OFTEN as it is close to my job. they are always out of everything. i see trucks there every night on my way home to work. but they have been “ out “ of certain items for weeks now. i don’t understand. i feel this needs to be solved.. very frustrating.

I ordered a frappe and a brownie, asked for the brownie warmed. Understandably the place is busy and it will take some time, no problem. Problem was where the brownie sat there for over 10 minutes getting cold and hard while they still haven’t made the drink. I then also wanted to purchase 3 cups that came to $50.85, but they couldn’t accept a $100 bill, okay no problem they said they would hold the 3 cups until I can get change and come back. Problem came when another employee, not even on the clock, went up being rude yelling at them and towards me that they couldn’t hold the cups because it’s “first come”, as if I didn’t have the money sitting right there, the location just didn’t have the change. Least to say, after that encounter I did not go back for the cups, they didn’t earn my money. I’m not from here but I visit often and this will not be an establishment I visit again, poor service and quality of food compared to a location I was just at 10, maybe 15 minutes down the road in Hamburg.
