I was handed wrong drink and was charged more for what it would normally cost me for my order then when they asked what I ordered they gave me this in place filled mostly ice they all but threw my order at me and were rude they put someone phone lying say they were the manager when I caught them they told me I can’t speak to a manager and need to call customer service! This location has turned to absolute crap in the last year

I rarely go to this location but don’t think I’ll even come back. Yesterday I stopped in and the girl making the drinks was extremely rude. I simply saw a drink, didn’t know what kind it was so I asked her. She very rudely replied WHAT? With a dirty look and loud tone. She slams my drink on the counter and it’s the wrong one. I went to tell her and she gave me another dirty look and ignored me. I just left. I’m still wondering what I did to deserve this treatment. But I won’t be back that’s for sure. Poor customer service.

This Starbucks is crap and sadly its the only one in Nicholasville 😕. Iced coffee is a treat I look forward to and I'm always so disappointed. The drinks are inconsistent and they fill the cups to the brim with ice. I ask for little ice and still get way too much, so I've started asking for no ice. Seem to be short staffed major of the time and wait times can be crazy long. The same girl is always the only one making drinks, even if there are other workers there. These drinks are not cheap and they need to do better.

I ordered a white chocolate ice frappe with no whip and it was delicious! I haven't had one in a long time and I must say the drink was wonderful! The team was friendly and looked to be enjoying their job. The furniture was a little dirty and could either use a cleaning and/or updating. Overall a good place to get a cup of joe!

Stopped by one morning to get me a drink and a breakfast sandwich at 520 am it took about 3 minutes for someone to answer the speaker and about 6 minutes to get my drink then got told the oven had to be turned on and warmed up before I could get breakfast. I'm conclusion my service was the slowest service I have ever had anywhere.

No way I pay $1.25 extra for cold foam and the assistant manager wants to argue that this is the standard? Every CF order has to be made fresh in the blender (mine is the brown sugar) and over 75% of it ends up in the sink anyway. Quit being stingy with the cold foam that people pay for!!! Refuse to return here out of pure spite. Do better this is just sad and cheap.
