Food is very very greasy. Kiosks take the human element from ordering your food so you don't get any connection with the staff except when food is handled to you. This saves company money but it makes your experience and emotional connection with the place through people terrible.

Waited over five minutes for a milkshake while employees threw cheese at each other in my line of sight. There were no cars behind or in front of me. She didn't have gloves on and picked up the cheese several times while making and handling my milkshake. Will not return.
I know I sound like Im just complaining, but given the wait time, price of the shake, and the grossness of picking cheese up off the floor to throw it again and again grossed me out.
