My actual rating is a “Zero “….I was done with this place after witnessing an employee come from the bathroom without washing her hands. I did go to management about it and he dismissed my concerns by stating that she washed her hands in the kitchen area. That’s even more disgusting 🤢 to me because she touched (the commode handle, entry door to the bathroom, etc.) everything before she got to the kitchen sink behind the counter. Pure nasty and manager seemed to have no problem with it. Nope… I’ll never go in that restaurant again!!! 11/29/25

I refuse to patronize any business that forces you to order off of a grimy touchscreen kiosk. Whatever happened to customer service? You walk in and there is not a single employee at the counter. Literally no employees in sight. They even took away the menu. What kind of fast food restaurant doesn't even have a menu on display? I don't want to spend several minutes scrolling through a nasty touchscreen to see what they sell when you used to simply be able to glance up at the menu and see every item they sell. I normally go through the drive through which takes absolutely forever so I had hoped that by going inside it would be faster. Apparently not. Not to mention over the course of a year the price of the $4 value meal has now gone up to $6. For these reasons I am now adding steak n shake to the list of fast food restaurants that no longer get my business. You can't cut out customer service, value, speed, and quality while still expecting to keep your customers.
