as soon as i walked in with my significant other, the words that came out of the lady working’s mouth was verbatim “great and now there’s more people”. she then continued to talk to some other girl sitting in the lobby i presume was her friend about what was happening without even acknowledging us. she was busy and overwhelmed - i can understand that but we were not even acknowledged for multiple minutes after feeling bad for even coming in as soon as we walked in the door. i don’t know what her name was , but this was one of the worst customer service atmospheres ive ever been in.

Edit : the workers i had the pleasure of seeing in here today were magnificent. they ate down and were so nice and so quick with service. 10/10 !

my bread is hard. they started saying bad things when my boyfriend went back to get my order fixed because the lady talked so quiet and i couldnt understand what she was saying. but making fun and being mean because a customer misheard u? terrible service. break clearly flaking off. 😭😭😭

The store is always understaffed and the food is always lacking. It's not a good value for the price. The poor employees are way over worked every time I've gone in there. They need more staff or the owners and management to step it up. Decided to try it again for the first time in a about a year and It is safe to say thing's have only become worse. The owner of the franchises around here needs to do better by his employees and customers.

My food was okay, although a little light on vegies. I overheard 2 employees stating they didn't have dips, couldn't make wraps and reg. Coke tasted like cherry Coke (tasted by customer & female employee). Then, female, and guy (non-employee) standing in front of counter (did not order), talked for 20 minutes (NO exaggeration!) about employer's mis-management. I had to listen to all that while eating and trying to read, and I was not close to the counter. When customer came in her online order wasn't ready. I'll never return.

Management needs to hire more help! One poor woman was trying to take care of a line of customers. We saw three people leave within 20 min.

Natasha and Jesse did a good job preparing mine and my friends food even when there was a decent amount of people there already. They kept everything stress free and kept us happy over all I’m extremely grateful thank you Natasha and Jesse!!

First time going and we walked in and the worker spits into a trash can in front of the open meat and then proceeds to lean over the meat with it still open without washing his hands. Very disappointed due to subway supposed to be one of the cleanest fast food areas. Won’t be doing back to this location.

I’m just really confused. I’ve come to this location 3 times, and for 3 times in a row I’ve asked for extra cheese on my sandwich, paid for extra cheese on my sandwich, and have not gotten it. I have even confirmed with them every time. Why is it every other location extra cheese on a 6” sub is 4 slices but here it is 2? I don’t understand why I’m paying for it every time and have never received what I pay for.

Two girls working was not only rude but obviously very busy and didn’t want to be making sandwiches the service felt rushed and uncomfortable ?I’ve got enough mayo on my sandwich to put on ten other sandwiches even tho I asked for light mayo, would’ve had her change that if I had actually seen her but had a toddler with us so my eyes were not focused on the sandwich.And handed the cookie out like lavaI tried this Subway but I’m definitely not impressed I’ll be going back to my normal location which is on Boston Rd much more friendly and do the sandwiches the right way!!! And the cookie

several times already they don't give what is needed, or they simply don't put something in the dish.I ordered an extra paperoni and paid extra for it. As a result, they gave me a pizza with no pepperoni at all. Instead of pepperoni, they put a lot of spinach. Is this even a subway?
