They would not let me make my own sandwich and I ended up having a sandwich with just chicken and bacon and the bread was hard as a rock and did not even get it toasted I hope the worker there gets fired and they close down that store

I gave a female staff member a coupon for three sandwiches for $17. After I selected the sandwiches, another female staff member came over to count the money. I told her I had given the coupon to the first staff member. She looked around and found a coupon for two sandwiches, worth $12, next to the cash register. Since I ordered three sandwiches, she attempted to charge me $26. I explained that the two-sandwich coupon wasn’t mine and that my coupon was for three sandwiches. She insisted, “This is clearly the coupon you gave me.” I was shocked, as I had no prior interaction with her. The first staff member overheard, rushed over, and handed her my correct coupon. She didn’t apologize and acted as if nothing had happened. If she had said sorry, I wouldn’t have written this review.

Over charged, only found out after paying. Questioned price prior to payment, after I got receipt it was confirmed they charged almost $10 more. None of the staff working could help as they didn’t know how to refund. They called management that hung up on them. They took phone number to have management call to fix issue, yet manager never called.
