Came to get a sandwich at 9:10 pmOn Google it says their hours for closing is at 9:30 pm. Well they told me there were closed and started putting things away .Very disappointing

We frequently go to this subway in Nicholasville. One of the nicest things about this subway is they take coupons. Their staff is always friendly and talkative. The food is always fresh and there are always plenty of cookies to choose from.Follow us for more great reviews ™

Over charged, only found out after paying. Questioned price prior to payment, after I got receipt it was confirmed they charged almost $10 more. None of the staff working could help as they didn’t know how to refund. They called management that hung up on them. They took phone number to have management call to fix issue, yet manager never called.

These were THE slowest people i’ve ever dealt with. We waited in line for over 40 minutes one day then the next time we went in, we waited 35 minutes and did not move a spot with only 5 people in front of us. This was an awful experience.

Had an issue with ordering online. They were out of ham and we couldn't cancel our order. Had to file a claim to recoup the money. My advice would be to call ahead of time to ensure what you're ordering is available ?... Ain't nobody got time for that!!
