Hit or miss. Sometimes you go in and you get an employee who is sitting on a chair in towards the back behind the counter on her phone who gets up in a huff because you want a sandwich. Other times you get a really delightful person who will bend over backwards to make sure you get what you want and you leave happy. I'm gonna leave 4 stars because I don't think the bad should outweigh the good. But if you've worked down the sidewalk at the Kroger's for long...
