We ordered $100 worth of food, and was never given any semblance of a bad attitude about it.
Server gave us our food with a smile.
It was all there! Not a single mess up in the order. And it all tasted perfect.
This was at lunch time on August 2nd. Give these people some recognition for how astounding their food and service was.
Very rare to see this type of thing from any fast food.

Came in and placed a kiosk order for a Supreme Luxe meal, 3 supreme taco meal and an extra taco. We were waiting for 15 to 20 minutes for that order because they were focusing on drive-thru, other customers that placed orders at the counter and door dash people. I understand if drive-thru is super busy but there was only a new car every 2 to 3 minutes so it wasn’t like drive-thru was being hit hard. They instead were standing around behind the counter area twiddling their thumbs while we waited for our order. Once we finally got our order my wives three taco meal was wrong (no sour cream or tomato) so it’s like they saw we were getting irritated and just threw it together fast to get us to leave. Do not recommend this Taco Bell on Main Street, it’s gone downhill more and more as time goes on.

I ordered 10 Cheesy Bean & Rice burritos. No creamy jalapeño sauce. I got 10 with sauce. I don’t live near that location we stopped coming through town. Called the location no answer. Smh ridiculous. But hey what do I expect…. Smh

I have been waiting 30 minutes for chips and cheese and a medium nacho fry… it’s 8 pm.. there is two cars in the drive through and nobody else here.
Went through the drive-thru to grab a 10 piece nugget combo. When I pulled up to the window, I handed the lady my card as she was handing me my drink with the lid clearly popped off. Already annoyed that she handed me an open drink she then hands me my food and the nuggets that she put in there were not sealed in the container she put them in leading to a messy bag with nuggets scattered in there. I fished out all the nuggets and I counted only 7 nuggets. Really?? Very displeased with the service or lack thereof and the food itself was lackluster. fries were stale and nuggets were like rocks.

The food was cold and I was a crew trainer for Taco Bell and I would never put out cold food. I feel like this..if I wouldn't eat it , I can't serve it to anyone.

I used to eat here pretty regularly, lately they can't get an order right to save their life. The food is always fine. The management team must have changed because not only is your order going to be wrong 100% of the time, they are going to be passive aggressive when you ask them to get what you paid for. Not worth the hassle, unless you have time to go through the drive through multiple times.
